Took abreak from Ds. It is a very hard lifestyle to leave.. I have taken off the rose colored glassesand taking a harsh look..Lately have been taking time to bicycle, hike and ride horses,zumba, spending time with gfs out of the lifestyle. As a submissive it leaves you feeling off balance.I am missing thecalm, peaceful, quiet alert state. Still not ready to seek anyone.
