Intellectual, open-minded, communicative, polyamorous, Dominant male with Sadist leanings. I identify with the "Dominant" label more than others (like Master, Top, or Daddy). I find that labels are useful on one level, but too restrictive on another. I have a range of Dominant/Top/Master abilities, have been involved in BDSM activities for a number of years and firmly believe in the continuing education and learning throughout life. There is always something new that can be picked up, experienced, or discovered. My favorite tagline that I used for a number of years was "Pugnacious quarrelsome sadistic bastard of seditious lucubrations most foul. ;)" My primary interests lie in Control, Bondage, Spanking, Flogging, certain aspects of humiliation/fetish, doing more rope work (Kinbaku/Shibari), sharing kinky explorations and I am a moderate Sadist. I readily admit to selfishly loving naked bound submissives orgasmically squirming. There are few things more exciting and intimately rewarding than guiding a woman through discovering/embracing submission. BDSM is more about mindset than toys, chains, or welts. It's about Trust. To earn the body, mind, heart and soul, it all starts with Trust. A Dominant should be in control of Himself first and foremost. He should be an example. There is strength in self awareness and having empathy for partners. Dominants have several roles to play: GUIDE (Boundary expansion, like pain/pleasure threshold)
MENTOR (Advice and encouragement, like helping a sub's self-improvement)
TEACHER (Lessons, like obedience) Normally, I am a sensual Dominant not too focused on Power dynamics and Protocols (just the overall submissive service and loyalty). I find the most satisifaction in bringing each person into their own right and height of intensity. I offer subspace and orgasms, with or without pain/bruising/welts, etc. I am sadistic with the masochistic. All depends on what is negotiated and agreed on. I am willing to negotiate towards deeper/more intense D/s play.
Hard limits:
Bestiality, Cross-Dressing, Diapers, Scat/defecation, Toilet Service, Cock & Ball Torture, golden showers, puke, necrophilia, and pedophilia
New Applications, Looking for:
Regular play partners (casual and serious), open to developing deeper relationships with fellow polyamorists. Age, race/ethnicity, size and gender are not factors so much as mutual rapport. I prefer Poly, Bi, strong-willed/confident, intelligent, submissive and slightly masochistic, height/weight proportionate, women with good character (because it greatly enhances the quality of the gift of submission that they offer). Most interested in establishing a Poly/BDSM household. A good littany to remember (from Frank Herbert's Dune): I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer...I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone... there will be nothing. Only I will remain. Compatibility is mental, physical, personality (interests), and sexuality.
Background (vanilla side of life):
Most of my interests are in movies, reading, music, science/technology, history, theatre, and socializing with friends. Well, aside from passionate intimacy with a significant other. ;) However most of the freetime is spent in the reading/movies/friends area. I am an Aries/Rat (astrology), INTJ (Myers-brigg personality, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INTJ) with a 32% purity (http://infohost.nmt.edu/~kscott/purity/) For reading, I have been on a classic literature kick for the past few years. Tolstoy, dante, plato, nietzsche, sun tzu, tolkien, jules verne, etc. A favorite that I read a couple years ago and can recommend is "What our mothers didn't tell us" which was a well researched book on the issues facing modern women in choosing and juggling career and/or family. More recently finished books: War of 1812, the sherlock holmes series, Jules verne "Journey to the center of the earth", Aldous Huxley "Brave new world", Orwell 1984, Miyamoto Musashi's "Book of five rings", The Chomsky-Foucault Debate: On Human Nature, and just finished (as of July 16th) Anthony Pagden's "Worlds at War: The 2,500-Year Struggle Between East and West". Still in progress on Clausewitz's "On War" and Marquis De Sade's "120 days of Sodom" (let alone the backlog of some books on consciousness and intelligence testing, plus finishing off the next two volumes of Foucault's "History of Sexuality"). For music, I tend to concentrate on metal, hardrock and alternative...and generally avoid country, rap, and hiphop (though there are some). But listen to almost all genres. I have over 9000 MP3s, so pretty diverse selection. My favorite thing to look for nowadays is weird/unique covers and internet/garage bands worthy of note. Movies, anything with good dialogue, script/plot, acting and cinematography usually wins me over. We have, I think, 400 some odd DVDs. Things like Seven Samurai (really anything Kurosawa), fight club, matrix, Silent Running, World according to Garp, True Romance, Dogma (or most kevin smith), Cowboy Bebop, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, etc....off the top of my head. Comedy gold: Mitch Hedberg, Dane cook, george carlin, old school bill cosby...Monty Python...Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
