	About Greysapphire7368 A bit of an update on the profile. We are still looking and very much interested in finding the right fit. Our likes is pretty comprehensive, but happy to answer questions and get into further discussions around common interests, likes, dislikes, and in general how it all fits together. You should be educated, competent, and able to blend in a variety of situations. You should be thin to average in body. You should be active (i.e. not a couch potato). Have an artistic side, enjoy sports, enjoy games, plan on becoming a part of the family and involved in events (holidays, parties, gatherings with friends, etc). A non-smoker, No drugs of any kind, Occasional alcohol is fine The right individual would eventually find a live in situation as a possibility. Out of the gate you should have your own living arrangements. As we go forward, you should be 100% committed to us. We travel frequently, so if you don't live in the Portland area, still hit us up. We might be able to meet during our travels. Once we find that someone, we would want them to join us on travels too. Anything else, just ask, happy to answer. We are still searching. Just have not found what we are looking for and nothing has really clicked yet. We have talked with a few, just don't have anything solid in the works yet.

We do travel frequently through the US, so even if you are not located next to us, we do have the opportunity to meet face to face and see where things go. Don't be shy about saying hi and asking any questions that come to mind.

Interesting week from a profile front. We have had this one we have been talking with since Thanksgiving last year. Definitely a girl, and seemed to be a pretty good personality match, shared similar interests, likes, dislikes, etc. By all means could have been a great fit.

So as each date for a face to face meeting got closer, things would implode or something major came up (huge red flag). Come July things pretty much hit the skids. We still talked on occasion, but any talks of future meets or anything dropped off the table.

Funny thing is we happened to stumble across online profiles for the pictures that were sent to us. All the friends were there, but the stories were just a bit off compared to what is going on real world. We confronted her on the matter, asked who she really was and what was really going on. Obviously she got defensive, told us not to contact her again, and threatened to have us blocked. Hmmmmm, can you say "Catfish".

So our suggestion to all, as you proceed down this path, get some visual confirmations early on and save yourself a lot of cycles down the road. You may just be talking with someone who is not what they say they are.

Hope you are enjoying your holiday weekend. We thought we would take a few minutes and update our journal.

We are still here and still looking. We have been trying to weed through the profiles and determine who is real and who is just playing games. Unfortunately most of what we have found thus far is people playing games.
