Everybody needs a friend now and then.

But if you find that others aren't fully up to the challenge of making you happy, then maybe you should talk about it with someone who you won't be able to bullsh*t.

Fear is a big motivator; maybe even bigger than sex. My reason for being here is to create a "safe space" into which you can come and begin to take back control of your life in such a way that you won't need to play games in order to find the kind of happiness you thought you had to give up on by resorting to whatever gets you off now.

The thing is, you "can't get there from here." You have to BE the change you want to see in your life and in the world...because otherwise "it ain't gonna happen, baby."
