for admission to our Facility – designed for the real time
reformation and reclamation of wayward girls. We are currently funded
to provide a residential accommodation for a girl in need of a firm
structure and management in her life.

We are open to any student at least 18
years of age and can provide relocation assistance to an applicant
approved to enter our facility on a long term basis. Minimum stay is
one week but long term placement is available for hard core cases
that will require more extensive training. Longer stays are
recommended for best results.

Our behavioral modification program is
operated by the housemaster and matron and focuses on the
inculcation of respect and responsibility through hands on training,
micromanagement and hard work to include daily maid and domestic
duties.

The successful applicant upon arrival
will be informed of all rules that govern her in her new home and
will be tested on her knowledge of the rules the first night of her
stay. She will then be assigned her room and standard uniforms which
will include skirt and blouse and regulation panties.

Our reformation approach differs from
other institutions in the way we deal with errant and unacceptable
behaviors. We believe that girls should be under a strict
disciplinary regime and held fully accountable for all negative
behaviors on their part. Accordingly, corporal punishment and
humiliation are utilized as a corrective measure for inattention,
negligence, poor work habits, disrespect, defiance and outright
rebellion. The severity of such punishment will depend on the
infraction that is being addressed. For more serious breaches it is
fully expected that tears and crying will be a natural side effect of
the discipline being administered and such emotive reactions will not
lessen the punishment that has been earned.

A student who poses a disciplinary
problem will typically be sent to her room to prepare for and await
the arrival of the housemaster and matron when both are present at
the residence. Punishment will normally be carried out following an
acknowledgment of wrong doing by the girl and with the input from and
under the watchful eye of the matron. Methods of punishment-
dependent on offense- will include the use of the hand, strap,
paddle, hairbrush, switch, and cane. Corner time is assigned for
reflection by the miscreant. Bondage and caging may also be utilized.
