I don't remember the models name or even the name of the magazine though I'm pretty sure it was a House of Milan publication and the period was the middle 70s.

The Spread was titled "Pole Sitter" and the Damsel in Distress was tied in a standing position to a wooden pole with 2 leather straps securing her arms to the upright.

Wearing only high heels, her ankles were shackled to a metal plate on the floor and there was a pipe mounted to the plate and extending upward from between her feet to about mid thigh.

Of course by the end of the photo spread a phallus had been attached to the top of the pipe and our victim was erotically impaled upon the smooth metal piece.

I think of that photo from time to time and realize the inspiration it provides. The few minor changes include replacing the motionless phallus with a Hitachi HV-250R aka a "Magic Wand". And of course rather than impaling the sub the Wand just barely makes contact.
