About Frances
I'm interested in a long- term serious, committed relationship with a dominant woman. I'm single, never married, no kids and lots of fun. I'm also very creative and imaginative. I own a wonderful little townhouse two blocks from the Potomac River, I'm financially secure, and I try to lead a healthy, relatively stress-free life.

I also love to go ice skating at the Sculpture Gardens in DC during the winter months.
