As of today I weigh 158 lbs since I have been very sick. I am out of commssion to hopefully Oct 2011 when the doctors say so I had a very serious 9 hr hernia surgery with complications that needed a mesh to get out since it was very badly infected. So now I am still recouperting please everyone keep in touch. Will keep you all posted

Went to my heart doctor today for a check up. Of course they weigh me and I now weigh 198. On Feb 22 I weigh 210 so that means I lost 12 more lbs. That made my day of course.
I was also in the hospital from March 5 to March 10 2011. I had a bad reaction from a antibiotics medicine since I was sick from the flu and it cause me to be dryhyrated and it shut my kidneys down.
I am home now still not feeling up to par. I'm resting and sleeping a lot. I have 2 docogtrs appts next week. Let's see how much weight I can lose.
My goal weight is 165 175.
Since Jan 2010 I weigh 244 now I am down to 198

Went to the doctors today another doctor for my hernia. They weigh me and as of today I weigh 210 pounds. So as of Feb 14, 2010 I have lost 1 lb. Im still trying

Went to my primary doctor today for a regular check up and for my blood results from my blood sugar which is a little wacko. But not that bad. The nurse weigh me today and I weigh 211 lbs so from jan 14, 2010 when I weigh 215lbs till today I lost 4 lbs. Im still trying but its not easy.
As of today feb 14 I now weigh 211 lbs. So I dont need to go back to him till beginning of may for more blood work for my diabetes. |

Went to the doctors yesterday jan 13th for a check up for my hernia The nurse weigh me and those 3 lbs that I lost in Dec. well needless to say I put those 3lbs back on. So as of now I am back to weighing 215lbs. I will keep trying . Just wish it wasnt so damn hard to lose this weight. Better luck next time |

I went to my heart doctor for a check up on Thurs Dec 16 2010 and they weigh me. I now weigh 212. I was so happy that I lost 3lbs. Wish me luck again.

I went to one of my doctors appt today for my hernia for a check up. They weigh me and now I weigh 215 lbs So from Nov 30th to now I lost 5lbs. He was very happy with me and I also was very happy with my self I go back to him on Jan 6 2011 and hopefully I didnt put on no weight with the hoildays here

Went to the doctors today for some blood work for my diabetites I asked the nurse to weigh me and she did As of today I weigh 222 As of now I put on 2 lbs I am still trying My goal right now is to get back down to 175 Wish me luck |

TODAY I WENT TO THE DOCTORS FOR BLOOD WORK AND I ASKED THEM TO WEIGH ME AND THEY DID SO NOW I AM DOWN TO 207 LBS SO I LOST 4 MORE LBS SINCE APRIL 26 2010 ALL TOGETHER NOW I HAVE LOST 37 LBS SO THAT 5LBS THAT I PUT ON BACK ON APRIL 26TH I LOST 4LBS OF THAT I AM STILL VERY PROUD OF MYSELF AND I AM STILL TRYING VERY HARD IT IS A VERY HARD JOB TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT SO DAM EASY TO GAIN IT BUT I AM HANGING IN THERE
