Vanilla Me:
By day I reply to emails and TripAdvisor reviews (and go spend time with the penguins), and by night I…. mostly play video games, let’s be real. But I also love writing, perfume-making, online roleplay, LARP, fancy-flavoured teas, exploring spooky locations, baking, and cosplay... and building nests from blankets and fluffy cushions! Love me a good nest! When I’m not being a nerd at home, most likely you’ll find me being a nerd at the local homeware store, fighting the urge to buy more houseplants.
I loooove going to conventions and meeting other nerds. Some of the best friends I've ever made I've met through shared geeky hobbies, and conventions are a great place to find people who also want to stay up until 4am talking about DMC combos! 😆
I'm generally a very laid-back kind of person, usually prefer nights in to nigts out, and I like to relax when I have some spare time. If I were a dragon my hoard would be scented candles and throw blankets. :)

Kinky Me:
I currently use “Masochist” as my kinky identity marker, and I’ve gone back and forth a few times on exactly what label feels right, but I know I like pain, so that’s where I’ve stuck for now, haha. I would definitely call myself a sub, but I’ve always considered “Submissive” more of an umbrella term, and the sub(heh)-categories beneath it are where people get to be a bit more specific. So, I’m a submissive whose main sub-category is “masochist”. And I guess what I’m looking for in a partner is a dominant whose main sub-category is “sadist”.
Having said that, I am always open to exploring new things, learning with a partner, and finding out what works for them and for us in our specific dynamic. No two relationships are the same, and D/s is not a one-size-fits-all kind of deal.

I’m Grey-Ace, so even though kink, bondage, pain, snuggles and acts of physical intimacy are very important for me in a romantic relationship, sex is much, much lower down on my list of priorities. Kink is definitely arousing and sexual for me, but I often find it fulfilling enough on its own without a need or desire for sex or orgasm.
I have a high kink-drive, just not a very high orgasm-drive.
For a long-term relationship I’d need the person to either be some kind of Ace themselves, or to be ok with sex being a “very, very occasional” thing. Figured it’s best to be up-front about that right from the off. |
