About EnnuiRising
I am known here as Ennui Rising, elsewhere as Lunarius Haberdash, Hatter, and to an insignificant subsection of humanity by my given name. I have the honor and responsibility of being AvalonBlackRose's Daddy. I have been.. interacting.. with the lifestyle for many years. Mostly in an academic and somewhat sociological observation context. Recently, in the past few years I've had the good fortune to have increasingly 'real' experiences with it, until it culminated in me finding my little girl.
Though to hear her tell it, and perhaps a bit more honestly, she found me.
Over the years I've developed some, perhaps unusual, views of the lifestyle and my place in it, and the place I would have those under my hand be. To whit:
I believe that training is far more inclusive than merely the traditional 'bedroom' areas of training. Posture, Elegance, and traits that make a slave useful in a variety of settings.
A well trained submissive or slave, in my opinion, should be able to quote from Shakespeare, Tennison, De Sade, Anais Nin, among other notable texts, with equal ease. Care and cleaning of toys, preparation and maintenance of a Hookah and/or Pipe. Knowing what makes a good wine or liquor, how to properly prepare tea, and administer various types of massage are all skills equally important to merely being an instrument for the masters sexual gratification.
It is the Doms job to instill these qualities into his slave(s) through the application of punishment and reward. These skills, combined with a fervent desire to please and the more 'traditional' sexual training, are what will make a sub truly magnificent, and a tribute to herself, and her Dom.
