Within the lifestyle I have always had a big interest in psychology of the submissive mind and how humiliation affects her, especially if she get arousal from that in essence her body betraying her mental feelings.

Every submissive is different and what they find humiliating is different in each, yet using the same premise and ination specifics can be very effective.

I feel that situational humiliation in conjunction with verbal reinforcement within the mind most rewarding. As takes everyday life and acts and turns them into intense situation unbeknown to others. She needs to be intelligent and resourcefully to use her to mask what physical or mental is going on, to learn to be perceive as a normal woman, yet within she feel far from that as mental and physical humiliation aspects come together to torment her daily, yet in this she finds her contentment.

In understanding her and the situation being able to push her in a strict and uncompromising way, to bind her mental to this torment, to use what she craves and can not speak of. This more about the mental side than physical , but that does have its part to play. How I make her see herself and communicate with me, how I fill her thoughts, how I bring her inner unacceptable thoughts always to the forefront of her mind and use them against her to embarrass, humiliate and torment her, all the while she has to pretend to be a normal woman.
