I am a sadist though saying it here probably isnt all that surprising. However before on my profile I talked of Micromanagement and control. These are key parts however trust is a key and important factor. A domineering personality is all well and good however it is nothing without many of the other features. A silver tongue, a sharp mind and a unwavering spirit.
