  I am grateful For a Special Person & One i shall call my Friend for this evening, i am a slave & i know this will never change because i know nothing different & it can't be changed or reprogramed , but i do know that i am not yet ready to move on within my life,

i need to take the time to grieve &  heal personally before i can move forward in anyway or to serve in any manner, I am thankful for His Guidenece & Advice which i shall listen to an follow until i can move on Thank You Sir you know who you are & i am thankful

Well I thought  today was going to be a good day & it was to start off, then as it went on i got busy then took a break & enjoyed some chatting for awhile, then i got off the computer for awhile & went and reflected on some things which was rather a good thing to do, at 9 :00 pm tonight i went  to go outside & i stepped wrong & my ankle popped & started to swell  which is not a good thing, so needless to say i went to the emergency room & got xrays, thankfully i did not break anything ,just twisted it pretty bad so i will be on crutches for 3 days or thats what the doctor said

well i will see how well that won't work, thank goodness for my sons they will make sure i stay off it for those 3 days, I will get pampered which will be a nice change
