About DualSidedCoin
Been into various sides of adult baby sometimes puppy type play for years now, admittedly mostly as the little, but various events over the last few years have led me to give more consideration towards the caretakerdaddy role. Im not into public playat all simply because its all too easy to force involved uninterested people to be involved in someone elses fantasy against their will. While Id never force someone into anything against their will, I very much understand the desire that some people have to be forced into something that is decided forthem rather than offered to them as an option. I enjoy both types of play the various shades in between... About me as a personSo many people skip right past this part to get to that stuff --up there that I decided to put it last. By now, youve either dicided Im too extreme or something and quit reading... or you are still interested in reading about me as a person. Ive been in the IT field (computer professional) since I was 20ish starting with helldesktech support for a large computer company, through working for a dialup ISP launching into eventual server management at a webhosting company. As you can guess, Im a nerd to the core enjoy video games, tabletop roleplaying games (both as player DMGM), reading tons of stuff.
What kinda stuff do I read? Im partial to urban fantasy (not the porn type), general fantasy, science fiction, more. Rather than list dozens of books people might not care about, Ill just say that I have a goodreads profile where I rate books I read and get suggestions for new books. If you are interested, Ill be happy to link you to it if you ask.
Tabletop RPGs? These are games like dungeons dragons (DD), s Pathfinder, shadowrun, Fate, more. Ive been moving away from ddpathfinder as a system in the last few years after my old group broke up from mass conflicting schedules made a few forays into Fate based games. My first experiences with them was with add2.0 back in the 90s ive played a great deal of them since.
Video games? Ive always been more of a pc gamer than console. Im not really into fps type games tend to show more interest in rpg strategy type games.

A: Yes, maybe. we would need to start getting to know each other some first & see how that goes. It would not be fast.
Q: "Hi! I randomly came across your profile, can I be your puppy/aby/sub/slave/etc?"
A: No, probably not. If all I wanted was an [insert term]. I could post an ad on craigslist, or just put out some feelers that I was looking for a weekend play partner & likely have more than a few willing playpartners to chose from.
Q: " your profile was interesting and seemed to be what I was looking for in an Owner"
A: That's great & all, but it says nothing about what you are looking & hoping for... plus the problem a few questions up there about not knowing you.
Q: "I may ask, as far as PC RPGs go, do you play MMOs at all?"
A: As of this minute (2/9/14). I am not currently playing any MMO's & have not for the last couple years since I stopped playing LoTRO. In the past, I've spent significant amounts of time playing AC1, AO, & lotro along with brief stints in everything from EQ to rift.
Q: Would you be interested in playing or GM'ing an [insert system] game with me ?
A1: Schedules & things permitting, maybe?
A2: Got a couple interested players? odds start going up considerably ;)
Q: "Hello, how are you today?"
A: If this is all you have to say & I don't know you, the answer is likely just going to be "fine". I'll save myself the trouble of answering & you of reading by answering in advance "I am fine"

decided to get the ball rolling with this myself with one of the first questions I almost always ask fellow not-vanilla types to let me see how we line up on things we both enjoy.
Q: "What are the reasons that you enjoy about [thing you said that you really enjoy] & are there any specific aspects that mash your buttons?". I'll insert "puppy & ageplay/regression" for the thing.
A1: A lot of fetish & kinky play are things that can only be done during short sessions sandwiched between life, but not so with those sorts of things. That sort of play can be extended through other enjoyable things like watching movies on a rainy day, going for a walk to get an ice-cream, or whatever.

Some folks might be wondering what events led me to reevaluating things. I spent some time in the hospital after a CVA & bought my first house as a few of the big highlights. Having to do things like learn to walk again changes your outlook on a lot of things. |
