You will understand that we have communicated and agreed upon what it is you wish and are to be. You will know that your punishment will only come from your doing and will be limited only to that in which you can take. You will not be harmed beyond what is appropriate, and you can rest assured that discretion will be of the highest regard with all involved. Together we will achieve all your goals and your limits will be honored with the understanding that all limits are to be tested from time to time, and your not adhering to commands and/or demands will result in punishment.
