Folks, check the dates on my journal entries. You ladies, lovely though you most certainly are, are responding to a complaint made well over a year ago. :P

Not that I mind all that much. I'm still unavailable, but I'm enjoying the mail anyway. And so is my beaver.

Briefly glancing at the female Dommes on my feed (I view all kinds, out of curiosity), it seems that 90% of them are here for financial tribute in one way or another.

...I don't know if you've been paying attention to the economy, but more women than men are in managerial roles now. More women who enter the job market are actually getting jobs. Men still make more money than women per individual, but men are also far more likely to be working overtime or simply more hours than women, and to have greater financial obligations, resulting in less disposable income AND less free time... that is, when they have jobs. As well, there are a lot more types of support, offers, and discounts for single women than for single men, and even more for single mothers - in fact, a single mother of three on welfare is estimated to have more disposable income on the average than a shared income middle-class family, which means a single mother can generate more disposable income than a man even with his wife helping. These are quantifiable, verifiable facts - if you're interested in the statistics, PM me and I'll provide them.

Long story short, it may be time to reconsider who is paying whom. As an overarching culture, the thought of men paying for time with women is uncomfortable for most people's sensibilities, but generally accepted as par for the course. The reverse is not true; but for the first time in our country's history, it seems that women have more disposable income than men.
