I am first and foremost a geek. I work as a software engineer (code monkey). I'm full of trivia and obscure references. I have a very dry wit and use sarcasm more than allowed in some parts of the US. I enjoy sci-fi, RPG, gadgets, and Lego bricks. I have a tendency to speak in pop culture and movie quotations; a trait I share with many family and friends. So if in the middle of a conversation I start to quote Monty Python or sing a line from Weird Al don't worry; you'll pick it up in time. Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra.

I'm a pretty busy guy at the moment; juggling a normal 9-to-5, plus running my own company on the side and other real-life responsibilities. I make time whenever I can for the people in my life. If you're willing to be mellow and hang out as our schedules allow, we should get along great. Besides, any new people in my life would need to be friends first. If we can't sit and talk, or watch a movie together, then I doubt there would be the comfort or trust to anything else.
So if you're needy or require a lot of attention, I don't think I'll be a good match for you.
BDSM is not an all-the-time thing. It's just another spice that makes up my recipe. It's just as likely I'd want to spoon with you as I would use a spoon on you. There is no "It's Thursday so it must be meat loaf" night, and there is no "It's Tuesday so it must be door jam cuffs" night. Since I'm not "Dom" all the time, I will make an ass of myself now and then, will embarrass us both in public, and otherwise be care-free more often than not.
So if constant domination is your thing, I'm right out.
