Imposters!
There are very few things collarme.com users can do to deal with fakes.
-----Recognizing an Imposter-----
1. secret word. If you have a close friend or significant other, have a secret word that you both know, and no one else knows, to insure that youre talking to the right person.
2. /whois someonesnickname.
By typing in the main chatroom window: /whois SomeonesNicknameHere
You can get: a. ~name@partialIPaddy
b. #rooms they are in
c. the chatnetwork they are on
d. if the nick is "registered"
e. their idle time, sign on time
f. End.
- Get aquainted with what the /whois information looks like for your friends, for room @dmin, and for the IRCops (see below). Use your familiarity with their /whois info to help you spot fakes.
3. Red flags:
a. /whois information is unfamiliar or mismatched with a known correct set of info.
b. nickname is spelled SIMILAR but WRONG
c. nickname is spelled right, but has ongoing trouble staying logged in for longer than a minute, especially if their /whois information shows their nick is "registered" d. one person is ushering you to talk to another person, and their /whois info is identical.
e. atypical behavior in chat; does not know secret word.
-----Dealing with an imposter-----
1. Get an accurate spelling. Look carefully at their nickname, for accurate spelling, so you can report it, or Copy it.
2. Report them to #IRCops ASAP
a. Type: /whois ImpostersYuckyNickname
to get the /whois information. Copy it.
b. go into #IRCops chatroom on collarme, from the collarme chatroom list, or type: /join #Ircops
c. Ask an op there for help, and Paste the information from the /whois into their chatroom.
d. If you report imposters when they are still on, the IRCops can kick them from the server.
3. Report them to room ops
a. reporting the /whois information to the room ops helps them to monitor the room, and watch for patterns.
b. even if no one appears to be watching the room, state your complaint and /whois imposter information in #IRCops. They may see your complaint and report later, in their chatlogs.
4. Set imposters on ignore. Imposters often harass, threaten and insult. It's fine to ignore them, after you have reported them.
-----Protecting yourself from being impersonated-----
It's impossible to completely cover all your bases, but theres some things to do:
1. Use "secret word" technique
2. Register your nickname on /nickserv
Just because you have a personals account or profile on collarme.com doesnt mean your nickname is safe. You should also register your nickname on collarme.com's irc chat server, through a command known as "/nickserv register". If you do not do this, someone else may wear your name any time you are not on, and may even prevent you from using it yourself. The password you choose does not have to be the same password you use to log in to collarme.com.
a. wear your nickname, and:
type: /nickserv register passwordhere em@ilhere
b. whenever you log in to collarme's chat, you will have 1 minute to input your password, or you will be changed to a Guest nickname.
c. To input your password, type: /nickserv identify passwordhere
3. Tell your friends what you learned here, to help them know how to tell if you are a fake.
-----Using irc chat applications to help with imposters----
(how to join collarme.com chat via mirc is the section after this)
If you are using an irc chat application, like mirc, you may have additional options for spotting fakes. The following suggestions are specifically for mirc users.
1. Info. In addition to the /whois command, mirc users can click on a users name in the nickname list, to get a pop up menu. Selecting "Info" in this menu gives you similar information as the /whois command, plus a little more.
2. chat logs. In mirc, you can have mirc automatically save all of the chatlogs you have in PM, and in public room chat, along with the nicknamd and ip information that appears when users log in and out, and initiate chat with you. To turn on logging:
a. Go to Tools>Options. In the Menu tree, find /IRC/Logging. Set the pulldown menus to automatically log "both" and reload "both."
- logging "both" chats means that all your public and private conversations are stored in .txt files on your computer.
- reloading "both" means that all the previous chat you had in a room, or with an individual, is automatically reloaded into that chat window the next time you visit that room or person.
b. Search your logs to crosscheck suspicious IP and nicknames.
- To search your logs:
- Click on the magnifying glass with paper icon in the list of icons near your menu bar. A new search logs window should pop up.
- Type in the nickname or IP in the text box.
- Click Apply. The list of logs that appear have the search term in them. Note any significant absence of nicks or ips that should be familiar to you ( suggests an imposter is posing. ) or the presence of that nick or ip ( suggests youre talking to the real person )
Using an irc chat application instead of collarme's Java chat:
1. Download an irc chat application, like from mirc.com (a popular and free application for PC. I don't know whats good for macs). Go through whatever it is you need to do to set up the app.
2. Inputting collarme's server-
From the top menu: Tools>Options>Connect.
Click Servers on the menu tree.
Click Add.
Description: collarme
IRC Server: chat.collarme.com
Leave ports, group and password alone.
Click Add
*Make sure your collarme entry is highlighted, and click select on the window to choose a server. Just clicking OK doesnt work.
3. Inputting your own data-
From the top menu: Tools>Options>Connect.
Put in something for Full Name, Email Address, Nickname, and alternative nickname.
NOTE: ALL of the items you enter into this can be visible by any user on irc. Its very very common to just lie about full name and email. Don't use your real info, please.
Hit Connect (NOT just "OK")
4. Type /join #whorehouse_cdg on the little command line at the bottom and hit return.

1. extremely stable, lightweight, low lag chat interface. much less crashing, freezing, and accidentally navigating away from chat.
2. observe multiple rooms at once, with ease
3. accept and send private chat with multiple users at once, with ease.
4. explore other chat servers to thoroughly waste your life away on the internet, for the really escapist folks.

Common beginner commands that are handy for irc applications (some work in collarme's java chat too)
1. /me -emote your actions to read like actions, instead of chat.
2. /nick -change your nickname to a totally new nickname, to change capitalization to indicate Dom or sub, or to append your nick to mark yourself as afk, busy, male, etc
3. /list -list all the rooms/channels of a server in a separate window. double click rooms in the list (if you have mirc) to join them
4. /nickserv register -register the nick you are currently using so no one else can snag it from you or impersonate you.
/nickserv identify -to use it later, when you log in.
5. /query -send a private message to someone. works like clicking or double clicking their name.

#cumdumpstergirl seeks to 'structure' an anarchy, where the might of male Dominants makes right. The purpose of this is to create an EXTREME, HARDCORE, PUBLIC ROLEPLAY/SCENE environment where male Dominants can do what they want, take what they want, and largely disregard the requests of those lesser than them: all females and sub males (except active administrators). But please, Sirs, do respect each other.
This is primarily a Mdom-fsub room, but any orientation may enter. "Dom" and "sub" are terms used loosely here. THIS IS NOT A BDSM PROTOCOL required room (unless specified by a Dom in charge at the moment.). This is a ROLEPLAY ABUSE room.

#cumdumpstergirl chat RULES
#cumdumpstergirl here on collarme.com is a near no-limits room. It is for PUBLIC, BRUTAL (FORCED), FILTHY use of subs by Doms. To play or watch here, you must not be offended by shit, piss, bukkake, gangbangs, beatings, blood, pregnancy/lactation, "forced" or "reluctant" roleplay, dehumanization, objectification, name calling, and senseless violence and depravity. Extreme use is not required, but being ok with it in roleplay is.
****Please read rules for your gender/orientation, and also the guidlines for everyone below***
RULES FOR MALE DOMS:
1. Any sub, and any female are free to be used if you can see that they are not being used in the main room. You may harass, abuse, ridicule, and humiliate any sub nick that is idle, unresponsive, or marked as away/busy/afk. If subs are clearly not active in PUBLIC, but are marked as "used" (no +) then they may be CHEATING. Feel free to engage these subs in PUBLIC roleplay and report them to CumdumpsterBot collarme mail if they fail.
2. No one may refuse your public advances in a way that is "out of roleplay." You may request for kicks or temp bans for reasons below.
Invalid reasons for refusal are statements that they "do not roleplay/scene", that what you want is past their "limits", that they are busy, in private message, that they "want to get to know you first," are "picky," or *any such direct refusals that undermine roleplay in general*.
Try to verify their intent in private message (they may want to be "forced"). Learn the difference between roleplaying as a brat, shy person, "feistiness," or someone who wants to be "forced" or "coerced," and how that is different from a flat refusal to participate. Invalid refusals and kick/ban requests should be reported to room @dmin or to CumdumpsterBot.
3. No matter what reason is given, if a sub or female is unused in the main room, you may roleplay PHYSICAL FORCE, threats, or any kind of roleplay you want, to push the play forward. Honoring of limits and requests is and optional kindness on your part. Failure of your target to respond realistically and in reasonable time is grounds for a kick/ban and should be reported to CumdumpsterBot or a room @dmin.
4. Things you may NOT demand of others: Others do not have to reveal personally identifying information (including demands for email or instant messenger services); use cam or voice; play or chat in private message; or be ordered to do real life activities. These things are beyond the scope of this room.
5. Please ask the Dominant in charge first, if you want to join a scene.
- "Rescue" roleplay, to get a sub out of an unwanted scene is frowned upon.
- "Hoarding subs" is also frowned upon, especially if it is in a way that allows subs to be "picky" about who they are released to.
- These things are considered POOR FORM. Excessive use of these tactics may result in administrative action, subject to the judgement of the admin in charge at the time.
6. Please avoid sending private messages to those who are already invovled in a scene. Subs may be kicked/banned as a result of neglecting the room, even if it is with you. If you wish to use a sub privately, take it to #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor.
7. Report rule breakers to CumdumpsterBot collarme mail and/or an active admin. Know your RIGHTS in this room. Know when a sub is breaking a rule.
***Assume that messages sent in PM are probably genuine attempts to communicate with you. Let subs bow out of scenes with just one or two lines max***
RULES FOR female subs:
1. You cannot be forced to:
Reveal personally identifying information (including demands for email or instant messenger services); use cam or voice; play or chat in private message; or be ordered to do real life activities.
Refusing these things is NEVER grounds for a kick or ban. If you are asked to do these things, and prefer not to, please politely remind the dominant that you are protected from these activities in private or in parenthesis, and/or report them to CumdumpsterBot.
2. You *may* be kicked or temp banned for refusing to roleplay, especially if that refusal is "out of character":
Using real life excuses excessively; refusing to acknowledge that a roleplay event has happened; responding or acting unrealistically in roleplay; taking too long to respond.
You may also be asked to leave if you refuse excessively, even within the bounds of acceptable roleplay, especially if it is in such a manner that annoys male dominants, or disrupts the over all tone of the room.
This is subject to the judgement of the op on duty, or the majority opinion of the male dominants.
3. You may NOT use private message chat/roleplay as an excuse to avoid public roleplay. If you do not want to be used in public, take it to another room. You may private message all you want, but it should not be at a cost of your public participation. Typing !used if you are only being used in PM, if you are trying to avoid chat, or if you are "lurking" or away, is NOT ALLOWED.
4. Limits/Restrictions are NOT guaranteed to be respected here. They are for the convenience of Dominants who *might* care. If you are not ok with this, deal with the Dominant in pm, or leave (it is preferred that you allow the Dominant to dismiss you in public). If you are a restricted submissive, you must have at least 1 hole available for unrestricted use, or you may not idle here.
5. Reasonably realistic roleplay is expected if you are bratting/disobedient. But beatings and punishment to deal with it is also allowed.
6. If you are idling or busy, you MUST indicate this in your nickname, or risk being kicked/banned for unresponsiveness.
7. If you wish to address a dom about a rule or technical issue, do it privately, or do it respectfully. If a dominant addresses you while you are busy in a public scene, politely redirect them to ask the dominant who is in charge of you at the time.
8. Steps to take if you are unhappy with a scene:
1. roleplay resistance
2. PM to him your preferences (which he may ignore ). try to negotiate like an adult.
3. Warn of "poofing" to leave the room, then do so. IF YOU LEAVE LIKE THIS, YOU SHOULD STAY OUT FOR 15 MINUTES MINIMUM. ABUSE OF THIS may result in administrative action.
***Suggested Protocol for ending a scene prematurely (not required): 1. Tell the dom ahead of time if you have a known time limit. 2. Tell the dom privately that you must go, and if you have time, offer to play along with being dismissed or tossed aside as he wishes. 3. politely inform in the main room that you must go. ***
Rules for Female Doms:
*** You are subject to the same rules as female subs, because:
1. Capping up to label yourself as a female Domme is merely a request that you be recognized as such (and possibly warns others that you may be more difficult prey).
Rules for male subs:

Guidlines for everyone:
0. Put chat that is "out of character" in PARENTHESES (), if it is in PUBLIC. This includes but is not limited to:
- threats/requests for kick/ban
- threats to leave the room/scene
- stating "out of character" preferences or "real life" issues, especially if you are in a scene.
- commentary about technical issues and roleplay "style."
- off-topic discussion. move this to private or to #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor if its a lot.
- anything that interferes with a scene that is not intended to "add" to it or the atmosphere.
*this is not a hard rule *yet* but it pisses people off and excessive neglect may result in admin action by OPs.
1. Try not to be an @$$hole. In this room, it can be hard to tell, I know, seriously. But try. A lot of times, the active @dmin in charge will decide what constitutes A$$holishness. A$$holery *may* include, but is not limited to: Failing to complete a scene. Using all caps, excessively. Teasing/baiting doms. Excessive use of emoticons, or scripted embellishments to text. Hiding behind a dom who is not going to use you, to avoid being used by other doms. Multitasking while sucking at a scene. Badmouthing the room. Badmouthing someones roleplay. Excessive casual chatter that ruins the mood of the room.
2. DO NOT HARASS, haggle with, or be rude to admin (marked with @) at all. The conversation is over when they say it is. Bans imposed by @dmin for disrespect of their title as admin can only be lifted by @dmin who put it there. Administrators are only admin when they are marked with @. This includes when any @Females appears as admin. Sorry guys, sometimes her "play" is actually "work."
3. Try to familiarize yourself with room commands:

4. Use chatroom #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor if you can't deal with the rules in the main #cumdumpstergirl room: #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor is a #cumdumpstergirl companion room. bitch, moan, talk freely here like normal people, or ignore everyone. not really for roleplay, but its generally unmoderated too, and often unsupervised. Everyone, except admin: AVOID excessive cochannelling in #cumdumpstergirl and #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor at the same time.
5. Sever limits of collarme.com are respected.
6. Message cumdumpsterBot in private message in chat, or in collarme mail, for:
-criticisms, suggestions, comments, praise
-requests for help with commands
-questions to clarify rules
-any admin related messages
-reports of rule breaking/relevant chatlogs (offenders get sent a warning, or will have a kick/ban the next time i see them, if its bad enough)
-defending yourself from prior administrative action. DONT ARGUE with admin on duty. Please keep a record of your chat logs in private and public. They are your best defense should you wish to dispute administrative action. Forward logs and complaints to CumdumpsterBot's collarme mail.
...message regardless of your orientation.
7. Is an OP being really unfair or picking on you??? send relevant chatlogs and your complaint to CumdumpsterBot via collarme mail!
8. GUEST nicks are not allowed to play or converse, and are subject to be kicked by OPs at will. |

1. Find that list of buttons on the side of this page. Chatrooms is likely 3rd from the top. Click on it.
2. The list of rooms and descriptions are hyperlinks, ordered by number of users present. Find "cumdumpstergirl" and click on it. We're a pretty small room.
3. Chat.
Note: a lot of buttons and commands in collarme.com cause you to navigate away from whatever current page you are looking at. You might want to opt to open pages in new windows.

Common complaints of users:
Common complaints fsubs have of Mdoms:
1. not extreme enough for what I expected in this room (Sirs, dont be shy about warning about what you may want, in private. Sluts, discuss with Sirs in private, be forward about how far you want to go.. its my opinion that they are used to being beaten down to be "respectful").
2. repetitive/boring/uncreative (for f#cks sake guys. try harder if you want girls to like you).
3. short vague descriptions (try harder for your sluts, Sirs. The females who come here tend to be quality. you should try as hard as they do).
4. Rude. (Sluts, if this is in main room, it counts as roleplay. Too bad, subs. suck it up, or discuss with him in private).
5.PM peskiness. This guy is telling me in pm that i have to play with him, but i dont want to! (just dont respond to his PM)
Common complaints Mdoms have of fsubs:
1. bitch lied to me (Sirs, if this is in regard to roleplay, report to CumdumpsterBot. Sluts, please dont lie. be adult, be upfront.)
2. bitch doesnt complete roleplay (Sirs, report to CumdumpsterBot, to help track repeat offenders. Sluts, if you have a known time limit or real time complications, please disclose early).
3. bitch won't play in private with me (too bad. go fish in another room).
4. bitch got an attitude/pisses me off (force her "physically," or punish her in roleplay, or report her to CumdumpsterBot. You do not have to put up with much here).
FAQ:
I have a raging hardon/clitty stiffy and the girls in this room are not pleasing to me. How can I get what I want out of them?
Take what you want, in roleplay. Just go up to one of the subs and grab them. Talk them up, if you want. Wine and dine, if you want. But really..the game is on when you say it is.
If they give you sass, resist, smart talk, then do what you need to, *in roleplay* make them do what you want. If they show signs of *refusing to play entirely,* take it up in pm with them to find out whats up, and/or report them to CumdumpsterBot or an active Moderator. This room is all about your pleasure.
How can I join in?
If a scene is in progress, be respectful. If you want to join, drop a hint and hopefully the Dominant in charge will let you join. It's usually a good idea to ask permission in private or public before touching. It is not expected that submissives have any say in this.
Private Messages ok?
Persistent, uninvited, unwanted PM's may get you kicked, if there is a complaint. PM active admin with a log of the exchange to report it. There is no rule for PMs, but being a douchebag will get you kicked.
Private play discouraged if initiated with someone in this room. Idling and cochannelling is fine. Lets just go by honor system on this one.
If a dominant wants to play in PM, and a sub agrees to PM play, and neglect the room, or use it as an excuse to refuse roleplay in public, that submissive may be kicked for non cooperation in public chat. Not the dom. The sub. Make your choices wisely.
Dominants may move play to a #cdgprivate private room (more below!)
Can Doms demand real life information or instruction here?
NO. This is a Cybersex ROLEPLAY ROOM. It is not a room for real life hookups, information gathering, or subjecting subs to genuinely dangerous or unhealthy practices.
Can Doms "force collar" someone and make them into online slave here?
No collars or respect of ownership are honored by the rules of the room. Even yours, even if it was placed on in the room. Once you leave the room, she is no longer protected by you, collar or not, from other Dominants. If a sub honors your collar by speech and actions, its on her own.
How can I report someone who breaks rules, is obnoxious in such a way that it ruins the mood, doesnt belong here, or that i just don't like (last one only applies if you are a Male Dominant).
The best way is to send CumdumpsterBot a message, either via private message in chat, or by sending Bot a message with collarme mail. Kicks, Bans, stern lectures, and moderation can be done the the next time admin sees the nick in the room.
Are honorifics/formalities required?
No. This is not a forced protocols room, unless the Dominants present at the time say so. You do not have to beg to enter or leave, unless directed to by a Dominant. You do not have to address people as Sir or Ma'am unless directed to, but many (not all) do appreciate the respect.
Use formalities is not required, but you must do as told by a Dominant, or you will suffer the consequences. Bratting and disobedience is allowed, but beatings and punishment to deal with them are also allowed. Reasonably realistic roleplay is expected in this area.
A Dom is boring/stupid/breaking my limits/idle/etc and I want it to stop. What can I do?
You should NOT refuse in public chat, "out of character." For example: do not continue talking when youre "gagged," do not suddenly "kill everyone in the room," do not keep behaving as if nothing has happened to you, if something has. Don't f*ck up the mood of the room, please.
Roleplay out of it: brat, resist, beg, even ask others in the room for assistance if you're feeling ballsy and it makes sense in the roleplay. If someones trying to force a tattoo of Papa Smurf on to your face irl, what would you do to get out of it? (This tactic excludes open verbal criticism of your Dom's roleplay itself, or "cheating," unrealistic roleplay)
Negotiate in PM: Tell the dom privately how you are really feeling about whats going on in the room, so that he may have a chance to factor that in to his actions in public, and adjust his play, or dismiss you at his convenience. Most Doms would rather attune thier actions than lose a sub from the room.
Ask admin for help: active admin can help and intervene, if need be. You can also try to leave cumdumpsterBot a message.
Leave the room: ignoring a Doms roleplay advances, being rude to them, criticising them 'out of character' can be grounds for being kicked. So if you are headed that way, just leave. Come back later, or talk to an admin privately if you felt you got in over your head. This is not a good room for beginners, but admin would be happy to explain the room to you. Abuse of this option will result in a kick/ban though. Don't push it!
Do subs really have to do everything they are told to do here, or risk being kicked.. even if the Dominant sucks at this?
NO. You can resist or brat (IN ROLEPLAY), but he is free to try to force you (IN ROLEPLAY). "Out of character" refusals are strongly discouraged, and should be taken to PM if they are needed. Be warned though, if you refuse too much, too many, you may be ordered to leave the room. Subs are here because Doms allow them to be.
The purpose of this dynamic is to set the stage for a "chase." Since dominants don't have to take no for an answer, they can persue a sub, and a sub can enjoy being sought after. Breaking of will, to me, can be a big part of BDSM.
A second purpose is to encourage people to play with those they ordinarily would not. Some times a Dom just needs to warm up.
WHAT the F#ck is up with all the rules! i hate rules!
Everything is here to maintain a self-sustaining, ideal environment for ALL MALE DOMINANTS to do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING they please, in ONLINE, PUBLIC ROLEPLAY. If you keep this idea in your mind, you'll probably never need the rest of the rules.
Even the rules that seem to act in the interests of submissives, are really for the benefit of the Male Dominants who like doing and watching cyberf#ck. If 1) excessive pmming is allowed, 2) if submissive rudeness and neglect, is allowed, 3) if submissives are chased out by truely inconsiderate Doms (different from people who roleplay bastards); or 4) if too much leniency is given to "soft" or "difficult" targets, then the room will die, or veer of course from its intended purpose.

Commands to say in the room (these only work when cumdumpsterBot is in the room):

Setting and viewing profiles are not required, but encouraged.
!set: say in room chat: !set followed by your description all on the same line. CumdumpsterBot can store a profile for you in the room. A brief description, likes, dislikes, limits, restrictions, or any other short note would be appropriate here. If the command is successful, you should recieve a message from me saying so.
!view: say in room chat: !set followed by your description all on the same line. This will let you read a description set by someone who has used the !set command.

When subs join the room, they are marked with a "+", indicating they are free to be used.
!used: " !used "removes the plus "+" mark from your name, showing that you are in use by a dominant IN PUBLIC. Do not use this command simply to avoid play or lurk.
!free: " !free " adds the plus "+" mark back to your name. This marks you as not in use by a Dom PUBLIC (and therefore free for play).
Collarme commands (work in any of collarmes rooms)
/nick: typing "/nick somenewnicknamehere" lets you change your nickname. Use this command to mark yourself as male (or variant of male), busy, away, afk, etc.
-m indicates male sub
-tv indicates transvestite sub
-ts indicates transsexual sub
-tg indicates transgender sub
-cd indicates crossdresser sub
-sissy indicates sissy male sub
-busy, -afk, -away, -idle to warn as unresponsive (don't abuse, pls)
- Dominants names are Capped and submissives names are in lower case.
- lower case nicks without gender marking are for biological females.
/me: "/me someactionhere" helps to distinguish your text as an action, rather than speech, and may enhance your roleplay.
"/me hugs you" => *cumdumpsterBot hugs you
"hugs you" => hugs
/join: " /join #roomnamehere" lets you jump to another room directly when its typed into your main input line, no matter what room you are already in.
For java chat users to access key protected private rooms provided by #cumdumpstergirl:
1. Click on the "Chatrooms" button on the side of the collarme.com website.
2. Scan the list of rooms. Check that the room you intend to use is NOT listed, and therefore free.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, to see the "Create a New Room" dialogue box, and enter the room name and key in the box, separated by a space.
Example: cdgprivate1
Click "Create" (hitting return won't do it).
4. Use the websites Chatrooms button to come back to the main room.

What can regulars do to help the room?
Everyone (especially Doms.. make this room your own! YOU are the boss here!):
1. Get an irc application (mirc.com or icechat, for example). Java. Sucks.
2. Help out with basic greetings if you are not involved in a scene yourself (if you are a sub, greet *as a sub*.. dont forget your place!):
a. greet them, tell them welcome.
b. let them know this is a very rough, near-no-limits roleplay room.
b. Have them type !rules in the room, or check out CumdumpsterBot's profile for rules
c. Verify if new nicks are sub males. if they are, tell them "please type: /nick nicknamehere-m" or something like that.
d. Explain !used !free !set and !view to them, if you feel up to it, but this is not as necessary to get them started.
*helping out this way encourages people to stick around and come back later, to help the room grow. If spectators pitch in with this kind of basic thing, that means the people playing (especially if that person is me, cumdumpstergirl/Daksinakali) can concentrate on putting in a good scene. Hey, your room's main ho can't do it alone.
3. Communicate with Admin.
a. CumcumpsterBot private messaging and collarme mail are always available if no active admin are. send your questions, complaints, suggestions, and reports of rule breaking to CumdumpsterBot, if no one else is available. Include a copy and paste of relevant chatlogs too.
4. Be a pimp. If you are outgoing and have a knack for it, pimp out subs that arent being used. Tease and toy with them.. trot them around the room like show dogs.. so they are warmed up.. and then hand them off. Pimping out our subs is always a GREAT way to break the ice and help the room out. Its just good fun!
Duties of Admin
I only ask that you do the following, I don't require any of it:
Admin only mark as @ when they feel like it.
Know and enforce the rules, scripted commands, basic irc commands, and the overall room concept.
Greet new comers (in private, if there is a scene going on): Let them know this is a rough, near no limits public roleplay room; have them check !rules or Cumdumpsterbots profile.
Verify if new nicks are males, and tell them to change nicks if needed.
Verify if quiet subs are "avoiding" public play for any reason, remind them of the rules and their options (Leave room, go to cdgprivate room, mark as busy).
Pimp out the Females in the room if the place is quiet.

Using an irc chat application instead of collarme's Java chat:
1. Download an irc chat application, like from mirc.com (a popular and free application for PC. I don't know whats good for macs). Go through whatever it is you need to do to set up the app.
2. Inputting collarme's server-
From the top menu: Tools>Options>Connect.
Click Servers on the menu tree.
Click Add.
Description: collarme
IRC Server: chat.collarme.com
Leave ports, group and password alone.
Click Add
*Make sure your collarme entry is highlighted, and click select on the window to choose a server. Just clicking OK doesnt work.
3. Inputting your own data-
From the top menu: Tools>Options>Connect.
Put in something for Full Name, Email Address, Nickname, and alternative nickname.
NOTE: ALL of the items you enter into this can be visible by any user on irc. Its very very common to just lie about full name and email. Don't use your real info, please.
Hit Connect (NOT just "OK")
4. Type /join #cumdumpstergirl on the little command line at the bottom and hit return.

3. /list -list all the rooms/channels of a server in a separate window. double click rooms in the list (if you have mirc) to join them
4. /nickserv register -register the nick you are currently using so no one else can snag it from you or impersonate you.
/nickserv identify -to use it later, when you log in.
5. /query -send a private message to someone. works like clicking or double clicking their name.

Problem with how this room is run? Problem with OPs?
- try to talk with them and stay cool. Chatting in this room, like chatting anywhere in this website, is a priveledge, not a right (even for me, cdg). CITE THE RULE IN QUESTION.
- If you are excessively rude, irrational, insulting.. if you hurl insults at them in PM... my OPs may ban you. They are here to support the room at large, not take abuse from you.

Rules for OPS
Thanks much to you ops/admin who help out. I consider the help to be a favor to me, and with exception to the few OP requirements listed first, I only request (not demand) that you adhere to these guidlines. OPs in #cumdumpstergirl are also OPs for #cumdumpstergirls-backdoor.
OP requirements:
1. You MUST be able to work with BlkCruelt. Please be ready to share your email address with him, so that he may put you on a mailing list for the OPs. BlkCruelt and cumdumpstergirl/Daksinakali will have access to this list. Notices about rule changes, new policy, rule interpretation, etc wil be done by mass email.
2. You MUST be familiar with the rules of the room in general, and for each gender/class. Nothing says "epic fail" like admin with attitude who don't know the rules.
3. Do not roleplay while you are marked @. Your personal preferences in roleplay must not be confused for room policy.
4. If you ban someone please include:
a) stated reason for ban with name at top. If the ban was for a temporary time, please indicate.
b) relevant chatlogs and PMs as evidence to avoid haggling later on. you can just send the whole .txt file as an attachment if you like.
c) send these to cumdumpsterbot's collarme mail.
d) make reasonable effort to tell them why they were banned, and that they should collarme mail CumdumpsterBot if they would like to appeal the ban (or complain in #cumdumpstergirl-backdoor and hope someone will listen).
5. At the very least, when dealing with problem users, direct them to the rules here in cumdumpsterbots journal. If you want, you can tell them to come back to you if they have a legitimate user according to the rules posted.
OP Guidlines:
1. Serve. Being an op is like a customer service position, helping the room to run smoothly by interpreting and enforcing rules, especially in a way that contributes to the tone of the room: male supremacy. You don't have to be a sucker though. Convo ends when you say it does.
2. Shape the room while you are in it (especially Male OPs).
The tone of the room is determined by the activities that go on in it, and the activities in the room *can* be influenced by your mood and interpretation of the rules. While trying to ballpark the main theme of the room, you can nudge it in a direction to suit your preferences without having to cite hard rules of the room (ex: no casual chat while a scene is in place). Please note when you are setting a new rule for your "reign," indicate that it is not a hard rule of the room. Make the room frightening, relaxed, playful, etc. Rule with an iron fist or with a tickling feather. Male and Female OPs can smack subs around, to "break them in" for guest Doms. It's fun, and a good stress relief.
2. Admin are automatically marked @ upon joining the room. If you do not feel like being recognized as admin you can de-op yourself. Rejoin the room under your registered nick if you want to be @dmin again. Reasons for deopping:
- dont feel like 'working'
- want to roleplay (some get confused if you roleplay while marked admin)
- want to 'lurk' or roleplay as a normal user.. to test out newbies, spy, whatevers. people treat ops different from non ops.
- going afk or idle for a bit
3. Commands you should know:
- kick, kick (why), ban, ban/kick, ban/kick (why). Know how to unban and set ban timers.
- op, deop, voice, devoice.
- Know "/chanserv" commands, especially "/chanserv access" commands.
- Know all "/nickserv" commands.
- Know how to log all chats and private messages with your irc application, and how to retrieve these logs as needed.
3b. Using Kick:
- Try to use "kick (why)" or tell users in PM why they are being kicked before you do it. Having a clearly stated reason why prevents grief later on.
- Try to remember to tell them that they can send cumdumpsterbot a message via collarme mail to complain. They should include a clear, specific complaint, along with relevant chatlogs.
4. Keep users in line. Actively persue:
- male subs who have failed to add -m to their nicks. male subs who are pushy, or whos behavior or chat is unwanted.
- all subs who fail:
a. 'refusing' outside of acceptable roleplay
b. idle subs.
c. quiet, but non-idle subs who fail to respond in the main room, or who are avoiding public play for any reason. remind them of the rules and their options (Leave room, go to #cumdumpstergirls-backdoor room, mark as busy).
- Female Doms who are not appealing to male Doms. Remind the room that Female Doms can be forced like fem subs.
- Difficult Male Doms. Try to be courteous when correcting their behavior publicly, and do it in private, if possible (where you can speak more officiously). Common Male Dom problems: Relying excessively on administrative action to control subs, demanding subs play privately, intruding on scenes run by other Male Doms. If they are truely a nuisance, or you just can't deal with their crap then... fine.. fine.. kick them, temp ban if you must.
- Female OPs out of line. If Female op behavior/chat is destructive to the tone of the room, private messages them a reminder, and roleplay an attitude check in public, if there was an "offense" made public. (Yes you can correct the room creator too). Female OPs should make reasonable effort to address *all* male doms in a respectful way in public. Privately, this isn't needed. Female OPs should *try* to be a good example for other females.
- Other OPs out of line. If you see another op being disruptive, breaking rules in excess, or acting in ways that hurt the theme of the room:
- please give them a diplomatic, respectful reminder. We all make mistakes.
- If you think you can help them, please offer to.
- If it keeps up, please mail CumdumpsterBot, with relevant *required* chatlogs as evidence. As in ALL administrative action in this room, the accused is allowed to know their accuser, so you *will be named* to them as the OP who made the complaint.
- Note: This is not meant to pit OPs against each other. I am assuming you became an OP because you want to support me in running #cumdumpstergirl smoothly. This is only meant to help me.. help you, the OPs at large.. help the room. I like a transparent system of adminning that does not rely on cliques and gossip. Yes, as was recently pointed out to me, I can be controlling. :p
5. Greet new comers: Let them know this is a rough, near no limits public roleplay room; have them check Cumdumpsterbots profile.
6. Pimp out the Females in the room if the place is quiet.
7. avoid idling too long (hours and hours) without marking afk or away.
- If you see an OP that is not marked away or afk *and* idling for several hours, send them an IM to see if they are really not there. If theres no response, you can DEOP them. Do not kick, please.
Idling users with good connections help keep the room listed when there is no activity, but neglectful ops may get asked for help, and its disappointing to people when no help comes. There really is no penalty for idling OPs. Deopping is temporary.
8. Make use of #cumdumpstergirls-backdoor. please. you don't have to. but *I* still think the room can be useful.
Conduct your off-topic chatter here, trash talk users in the main room here, quarrel over rule interpretation here, send casual chatters here.
Discourage users from co-channelling in the two rooms at the same time (but OPs can cochannel).
For example, there was recent argument over whether or not "racial play" should be allowed. I think I would like to leave this up to whichever admin is on, but if several (more than two) admin have conflicting ideas, you can hash it out in this room.
9. Communicate with CumdumpsterBot thru EMAIL if you have questions about rule interpretation, or would like to point out something that happened. BlkCruelt and cumdumpstergirl/Daksinakali have access to cdbots account (and in cdg's opinion has given good responses).
10. Any OP that kicks or bans RAVENWING will be DEOPPED.
Tips and suggestions for OPs:
- When I check for idling subs, neglectful subs and "refusing to play" subs: I engage them in the main room in some casual way. With no response ( i wait at least 2 mins) i PM them that they are failing to respond, that they have 2 min to respond or be kicked.
- In general, I tell users ill wait about 2 mins for responses, before I assume its a "fail to respond" and do a kick.
- Try to keep admin chat in PM, if theres a scene going on.
- I sometimes like to free new or unfamiliar subs by asking them their limits, and then deliberately breaking them without much warning. If they can take it they are more likely to be a good fit for the room. If they run out screaming, well better to weed them out sooner than later, after they pissed off too many male Doms

The room will remain open!! However, it is really up to *YOU* dear Sirs and sluts, to keep the room running well. If you know and follow the rules, the place can be fun and run itself. Ignore the rules, and the place may fill up, but look just like any of the other rooms on this chat server. Alternatively, it might just wither up and die. (Truthfully, I would rather have a tiny room with like minded people than a crowded room full of folks who don' know or care for it's intended use)

There are 3 key protected private rooms associated with the main #cumdumpstergirl chatroom: cdgprivate1, cdgprivate2, and cdgprivate3. They have text 'keys' which can be retrieved in the room by typing: !cdgprivate. When these three rooms are NOT listed in collarme.com list of chatrooms, they are unoccupied and available for use.
To go to a private room from inside #cumdumpstergirl chat:

Rules for private rooms:
1. Subs are not allowed in the rooms unaccompanied by a Dominant.
2. Subs are not allowed to be in a private room and the main room at the same time.

The room you will be in is listed in the list of collarme.com's chatrooms, so it is possible for anyone see that it is there, but only those who know the key for it (those who retrieve it from this helpfile in #cumdumpstergirl chat) will be able to enter.
Provided #cumdumpstergirl chatters avoid intruding on others, the #cdgprivate rooms are private.
CumdumpsterBot does not occupy these rooms, except to troubleshoot, and cannot "spy" on you. Honor system please :p

The bare minimum to the start of a sturdy room:
0. Review collarme.com's TOS at http://www.collarme.com/personals/tos.htm
If you are worried that your room may violate TOS, ask in #IRCops for help. Be nice to them. Don't idle needlessly there.
1. Get mirc from mirc.com or an equivalent. Figure out how to use it. collarme's irc server is chat.collarme.com
- Know how to log all chats and private messages with your irc application, and how to retrieve these logs as needed.
2. Learn all the commands under /chanserv help and /nickserv help , on the collarme.com chatservers.
- kick, kick (why), ban, ban/kick, ban/kick (why). Know how to unban and set ban timers.
- op, deop, voice, devoice.
3. /nickserv register your nickname. dont forget your password.
4. /join your brand new room to create it. Think about your room name very carefully! Many many people join a room based on its name alone! They dont even read the topic! Aiyah! but its true!
6. /chanserv register your room. Max 5 rooms.
7. Set a topic. Be specific. If you get in trouble, the IRCops will take into consideration what your topic is set as (( emphasize "roleplay" .. hint hint )) . Make use of the character limit to describe your room. I would include the address or instructions to find the rules for your room (see below).
**voila!** the bare minimum is done.
Make an Ad.
8. Make a collarme profile personal add especially for your room. Collarme.com does not like links that point to other websites. Choose the Gender and Orientation to compliment the crowd you want to attract, so that it shows up on your targets searches. Want subs? Make your profile Dom. Want doms? Make your profile sub. etc etc.
9. Put your room description in the main top portion of profile. Let people know its an ad for a room right away, and not for a single person, as a courtesy to them.
10. Put additional notes in the Journal area. The 5 "most recent" entries will appear on the first page, no matter how long the entries are. You can edit these entries as many times as you want. Conversely, your profile may take longer to show changes, because it may have to go through collarme.com's approval process.
You may want to include: rules, a list of room admin, technical tips, rules for ops, directions on how to find the room, poetry, non euclidean geometry proofs, or an ascii art tribute to Def Leppard. Whatever you think will be useful.
About "Rules".. Despite all the snarky remarks and criticisms, I personally believe a good set of rules, or firmly supported "theme" helps to give the room direction, and purpose. I believe that a clear theme and purpose that shape a room tremendously adds to its "fun." I mean.. whats the fun in playing a game with no rules? Unless its Calvinball. That game is awesome.
Know that no one will read any of this, and your effort will, in the end, be largely ignored. But it may give you a sense of inner peace and completeness. And, if someone screws up in your room you get to say "It's in the goddamned rules! Now get out of my office!"
11. Include a picture, voice, or both, if you can. That will make your hits JUMP.

12. As your room grows, choose GOOD ops. I read that 10 ops for a 'large' room is a good number. It's better to take your time getting to know potentials than to rush. Goop Op personalities are important. Tech savviness can be taught. I heard that if someone up and asks you for op, they probably shouldnt be an op.
13. Make sure your OPs /nickserv register .
14. Make sure they also know the commands for /nickserv and /chanserv .
15. Bots: I got all of my scripts from www dot hawkee dot com . there are other sites that are recommended but i like that one. you can also get help in the chatroom #scripter's_corner . If you are new to this, avoid big convoluted scripts. it *is* possible for an evil-doer to plant a backdoor to your computer, or to run malignant commands at collarme.com by hiding it in your script. I like hawkee because the scripts are reviewed and rated by peers, which should help you avoid evil scripts.
Set your Bot on auto op via /chanserv if you like, but do not set it as owner!
