Hello People,

It seems when i changed my age tonight, i did have a birthday to 31, CM deleted what i had written here, puzzling.

It is time for an update. i am a submissive girl. i am seeking my "ONE".

i prefer men over 40 and please be H/W/P. i stay in shape you should too.

i do not belong to the "bdsm community".

It would help my email if the following people did not write me:

submissive males
Transexuals
Bisexual females/men
Poly Households
FEMALE DOMINANTS

i am a heterosexual female.

i am interested in my "One".

If you would like to get to know what kind of person i am, peruse my journals.

By the way, i am not turned on by photos of male or female genitals.

And guys, stop using other guys genitals.

i keep a folder and tsk, tsk! No copying, lol.

My journals will give you more of an idea who i am.

i am very fond of literati on YM. i collect baseball cards and erotic M/s films.

i guess that's it for now.

PRESIDENT OBAMA!!!

Looks, like no single option payer for Health Care.

i listened to Obama's speech today, and all i heard was blah, blah, blah.  i have lost my faith in the leader, i had so much hope for.

Sometimes we just need to lighten up so i offer this:

A man boarded a plane with 6 kids.

After they got settled in their seats a woman sitting across the aisle from him leaned over to him and asked, “Are all of those kids yours?”

He replied, “No. I work for a condom company. These are customer complaints.”

i hope that made You smile as it did me.

all good things,

TIGER WOODS!!!

i just had to comment on this situation.

i always admired Tiger Woods, his talent.  i always found his cursing and throwing his clubs childish.

Re: The adultry

You can buy off the mistress, and pay off your wife.

No money will buy your dignity and honor back.

Someday, when the children are older they will learn how Tiger Woods betrayed his wife and children, and perhaps broke his family up.

That's It!  Tiger Woods shame on you!

THANKSGIVING!!!

Thanksgiving, a day of thanks.

i am grateful for my family and friends, my community and my neighborhood.

We had a lot of work today, delivering meals to shut-ins, something our community does every year.

i am grateful for all my blessings.  i am grateful for all my challenges, they help me grow.

i am grateful for my faith, that sees me through so much.  Thank you, Grandmother,  i learned my faith at your knee. i also saw a woman who talked the talk and walked the walk.

i am grateful for all the good people, that have come into my life-- showing me opportunities and things that needed attention.

When i sat down today, to settle in.  It saddened me all the come stand in line ads on TV.  i switched to CNN and watched Heroes.  Single individuals that made a difference in many lives.
We need more "Heroes".

We all have something to share, something to give. i think we should all reach out to others, so many are in dire straights today.

i met a man the other day for coffee.  He walked in with a tee shirt that read "The one who dies with the most toys wins".

Sad, and so not true.

When we die, our legacy lives on.  Everyone we touched in a christian loving way, carries us in their hearts.

That's my take on Thanksgiving.

My vowel this year has been to simplify my life.

i'm getting there.  It's a challenge, but i think i'm up to it.

Give Thanks for what you have, Jesus hears our thanks and prayers.

No, i'm not a freaky far out Christian, just a person that knows there is a little bit of God in everyone.

i hope your " Thanks Giving" was all of this and more.

A FEW MORE RANTS!!!!

We gave that money to all the coyotes on Wall Stree and the banks.  Let's not forget AIG, grrrrrr!

So all those billions and guess what?  No raise for Social Security people this year.  How is that fair?

i work with many elderly clients, not on the high income scale.  Everything will go up in price, but not their stipend.  Best thing  none of my representatives in the HOR or the Senate, will answer my inquirery.

So let me get this straight.  Bonuses for the ____________ that my taxes helped bail out.
0 for the people who worked hard all their lives,
but didn't make it up the ladder.

It makes me sad.  It makes me leary where our country is heading.  Think this is not important?
Maybe you have and elderly parent or relative, that you see struggle with the basics of life.

Get sick on Medicare? Sighs, better have supplemental insurance, which costs, and dearly if it's a good one.

Over and out!

Hi CM,

It's been awhile, so i thought i would share somethings that make me Irish redheaded angry.

WORLD SERIES - The NYY won, because they played the best game.  Congratulations NYY!!!

This is what angered me.

The BANK OF AMERICA BANNERS that lined all the stands.  They should have said, brought to you by the honest taxpaying citizens in the USA.
You think anything is cheap with the Yankees?  i am sure exclusive seats came with that deal.  i never got a thank you card, but we all should.

My friends and i are boycotting Bank of America.
i am sure BoA is scared, lol!

i thought someone was watching these bailout institutions.

The New York people can't find Madoff's money.
There is a big surprise.  How about Forensic accountants  everything leaves a trail.

Why is it that the investigators, are never smarter than the con people?  Maybe we should hire smart criminals to help NY out.

This is just a rant.

Texting- i refuse to text.  Have you noticed emails are now written in texting language.  h r u?  Give me a break, spell out the words, or better yet, skip me.

Impatience- i get lots of email.  i try to respond to all the literate people, who took the time to write me.

However, now i get complaints, i took too long to answer.  i have a life that requires attention.
When i have some downtime, i answer.  i think complaining about the time taken, might result in no answer ever.

i met some nice people on here, and also some, well way out there people, in mho.

My time here is almost done.  i do enjoy hearing from some friends, but it's time consuming.

New Zealand?  Austrailia? Give me a break.

i said i would relocate, but i'm a USA girl for better or worse.

i know my "ONE" is out there searching for me.

i'm frustrated, yes.

There is hope, Christmas is coming!

i feel better.

Have a great week!

LABELS!!

Labels annoy me. BDSM, Master, submissive, switch, slave.

i think a relationship is just that.  We complement each other, the yin and yang.

i don't want to be labeled.  i don't want a BDSM relationship.   i want a relationship that belongs only to us, and not tainted by any labels or the world.

Just had to get that out!

hugs,

Dear CM'ers,

HERE IS SOME COMMON SENSE, JUST FOR A CHANGE OF PACE!!!

WORDS FROM THE WISE SIMOND:

It doesn't take a genius to tie knots, but it takes an observant, committed man to dominate an intelligent woman.  Toys have a time and a place, but they often serve as crutches for lazy or inept "Dums" who want to circumvent the work of getting to know a submissive woman's body. If you are regularly "ordered" to finish yourself off with that colorful, vibrating pocket pet then it may be time to book your bus ticket back home to Milwaukee. Your "Daddy" should be able to break you of your little mechanical wabbit addiction. If he can't or won't, go find one who cares enough to put the time in with you.

My interests include: a
nything to do with the ocean, scuba, travel, hiking, art, ropes, cuffs, otk, slow teasing, nipple play, conditioning, chastity devices, antiques, vintage toys, medicine, building dollhouses for my daughter and other assorted, random crap.

Through the years, I have found that there are few women who really want to submit. I am not a service top. I do not "play" with semi-strangers.  If your idea of submission consists of bottoming centerstage for an hour at some leather event, we will have nothing in common.
---------------------------------------------
Don't confuse domineering with dominance or a common, belligerent bastard with a dominant man.

Hi CM'ers,

i ran across this today, and thought i'd share it.

Feeding the brain, lol!

Moral certainty is always a sign of cultural inferiority.  The more uncivilized the man, the surer he is that he knows precisely what is right and what is wrong.  All human progress, even in morals, has been the work of men who have doubted the current moral values, not of men who have whooped them up and tried to enforce them.  The truly civilized man is always skeptical and tolerant, in this field as in all others.  His culture is based on 'I am not too sure. - H.L. i just had to write about the magical Phillies.

They break our hearts, and then thrill us again!!!

This is the 3 peat of the NL Division East Champs!!!

i became disheartened at times, but it's true love, so it's a circle, always returning.  i think it was Harry Chapin that wrote, all my life's a circle, no dead ends so far.

Thank You Phillies, for another summer of highs and lows.

Lidge, i still respect You, that was a classy end of the game last night, Charlie.

Come to think of it if any players, are reading this get off CM.

You will need Your strength for the playoffs, smile.

Good Job Phillies, i have my rally towel for the playoffs!!!

SORROW!!!!

September is a difficult month for me.  911 is an unforgettable day and event for me.  i lived in NYC, during that time.

We all seem to carry our bag of sorrows, but this month i wake up longing to see those people again.

By the way, it was not just an American Tradegy,
people from all over the world died.  It was the World Trade Center, and many lost dear ones that day!

i woke up one morning hungering for my Grandmother too.

i feel their presence, but miss them in my life.

Sorrow, for missing them, and joy for having them in my life for a time.

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom  Miyamoto Musashi

Doesn't sound submissive?

Well, i think it takes a strong girl to be able to serve a deserving Dominant.

i guess that goes for both.

Sweet Dreams!

Hi CM People,

My friend Steve sent me this joke, i thought i would share it with you.

friend sent me this joke. I thought you'd get a kick out of it.

Steve

A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:

You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads:

Floor 1 - These men Have Jobs

She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads:

Floor 2 - These men Have Jobs and Love Kids.

'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.'

So she continues upward. The third floor sign reads:

Floor 3 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking.

'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 4 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and Help With Housework.

'Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!'

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 5 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak.

She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the sign reads:

Floor 6 - You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please. Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store.

 (scroll and keep reading!)

PLEASE NOTE:

To avoid gender bias charges, the store's owner opened a New Wives store just across the street.

The first floor has wives that love sex.

The second floor has wives that love sex and have money and like beer.

The third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors have never been visited.

LOL! i bet you thought i was going to post about the Health Care Reform Speech President Obama gave last night.

i'm not, because the email would fly in, i can't even keep up with it now.

However, to the idiot from SC, way to go, makes the Republicans look even more irrelevant.

THIS IS THE TIME FOR HEALTH CARE REFORM!!!

Dear Friends,

Subject: Tell Obama: We're Counting on You

Hi,

President Obama will give a major speech next week laying out what he thinks needs to be in the health care bill.

This is a critical crossroads. The president needs to hear that Americans are counting on him to stand up to the status quo and fight for real reform with a strong public health insurance option.

I just signed a petition telling President Obama I'm counting on him to fight hard for a bold health care reform bill. Can you join me at the link below?

Thanks!

Hello CM,

i found a very interesting article today, on a new site i joined.

Since knowledge is so important to us i thought to share it.

i have much more research to do, but i would like to thank Joy for this article.  To me, makes sense.

THE INTERNET NARCISSIST

An interesting article from Sam Vaknin's "Narcissistic Personality Disorder".

To the narcissist, the Internet is an alluring and irresistible combination of playground and hunting grounds, the gathering place of numerous potential Sources of Narcissistic Supply, a world where false identities are the norm and mind games the bon ton. And it is beyond the reach of the law, the pale of social norms, the strictures of civilized conduct.

The somatic finds cyber-sex and cyber-relationships aplenty. The cerebral claims false accomplishments, fake skills, erudition and talents. Both, if minimally communicative, end up at the instantly gratifying epicenter of a cult of fans, followers, stalkers, erotomaniacs, denigrators, and plain nuts. The constant attention and attendant quasi-celebrity feed and sustain their grandiose fantasies and inflated self-image.

The Internet is an extension of the real-life Narcissistic Pathological Space but without its risks, injuries, and disappointments. In the virtual universe of the Web, the narcissist vanishes and reappears with ease, often adopting a myriad aliases and nicknames. He (or she) can thus fend off criticism, abuse, disagreement, and disapproval effectively and in real time - and, simultaneously, preserve the precarious balance of his infantile personality. Narcissists are, therefore, prone to Internet addiction.

The positive characteristics of the Net are largely lost on the narcissist. He is not keen on expanding his horizons, fostering true relationships, or getting in real contact with other people. The narcissist is forever the provincial because he filters everything through the narrow lens of his addiction. He measures others - and idealizes or dwith himself at the pinnacle). He fervently and aggressively tries to impose the "natural order" - either by monopolizing the interaction or, if that fails, by becoming a major disruptive influence.

But the Internet may also be the closest many narcissists get to psychodynamic therapy. Because it is still largely text-based, the Web is populated by disembodied entities. By interacting with these intermittent, unpredictable, ultimately unknowable, ephemeral, and ethereal voices - the narcissist is compelled to project unto them his own experiences, fears, hopes, and prejudices.

Transference (and counter-transference) are quite common on the Net and the narcissist's defence mechanisms - notably projection and projective identification - are frequently aroused. The therapeutic process is set in motion by the - unbridled, uncensored, and brutally honest - reactions to the narcissist's repertory of antics, pretensions, delusions, and fantasies.

The narcissist - ever the intimidating bully - is not accustomed to such resistance. Initially, it may heighten and sharpen his paranoia and lead him to compensate by extending and deepening his grandiosity. Some narcissists withdraw altogether, reverting to the schizoid posture. Others become openly antisocial and seek to subvert, sabotage, and destroy the online sources of their frustration. A few retreat and confine themselves to the company of adoring sycophants and unquestioning groupies.

But a long exposure to the culture of the Net - irreverent, skeptical, and populist - usually exerts a beneficial effect even on the staunchest and most rigid narcissist. Far less convinced of his own superiority and infallibility, the online narcissist mellows and begins - hesitantly - to listen to others and to collaborate with them.

Hi CM'ers,

Here we go again, buy, buy, buy!

Cash for clunkers, cash for your refrigerator.

A free dryer if You buy a high end washer.

Sure they are greener, but isn't this how families got into this in the first place?

Don't be tempted, to charge some high end car or refrigerator.  If your car is paid off keep it, don't worry the auto manufactures have built in timed obselence.

Save your cash!

The country is still in trouble, and the families are know have enough debt.

Don't forget the credit card companies, upping the interest. at will!

Beware!  Don't get back on the merry go round!

hugs,

Hi Fellow CM'ers,

Since Yahoo seems to be shutting down most of geocities, i thought i would post my page here.

A male, friend, a submissive, made the page so there are male and female submissive photos.

There is a puppy girl song too, that's suppose to play on the pet girl page, seems that doesn't work either.

Have a look, it's free, made awhile ago, but still tingly!

Please enjoy:

Hi CM,

i am posting this as a general service to all.

Remember, no one can afford all these girls.

Take a look and see what You think.

We are on a mission.

Our mission is to locate the odalisques of the world and to bring them into a lifestyle where they'll find fulfilment.

The best way to advance this mission is to promote CODE d' ODALISQUE far and wide.

As the genre becomes better known in alternative scenes it will slowly reach the notice of the women who will be attracted to this lifestyle.

You can promote Code d' Odalisque by promoting our website. Please post links to the site wherever you can. The URL is:

http://www.codedodalisque.110mb.com/index.html

Also, feel free to repost any of the written and visual material from our sites and yahoo groups wherever you think there might be people who will be interested. All our material is free. We are not precious about copyright – you can use the material for any non-profit purpose. Please distribute it.

As Code d' Odalisque becomes more established and recognized as a viable alternative to the usual modes of Master/slave play, there will be a class of women who see it as a good deal. Kept for sex. Sexual service and a life of leisure.

Our conviction is that there are true odalisques in the world. In modern times they often feel lost or fall into whoredom or lives of abuse or, most commonly, unfulfilling marriages. Help us in our mission to find those women and to bring Code d' Odalisque to them offering a new definition of their role in contemporary erotic culture.

Please promote Code d' Odalisque.

Again, the URL is:

http://www.codedodalisque.110mb.com/index.html

Please post it on messageboards, wherever.

If you are searching for an odalisque of your own, it is in your interests to increase the exposure of our website and to create a bigger pool of interested females in the world.

i am not posting this soliciting rude letters.

My first Master was a member, and ohhhhhhhhhh, the delights i was taught!

Disregard the physical punishment stuff, as we do profess bdsm.

Take a look, who knows? You may just love the concept, and adjust it to your own needs!

Happy Saturday!

i wrote today and thanked the Company.

i also suggested maybe they could sell, a Vick the Dick Jersey, lol.

I'M SO ASHAMED!!!

i turned on comcast sports this am, and was shocked!

We took Michael Vick!!!

The Atlanta Falcons declined, but the Eagles picked the dog killer, torturer up!!!

It was a 1 1/2 hour press conference, it takes time to rationalize this one.

i remain unconvinced.  McNabb can't handle pressure, but at least he's a decent human being.

This begins with the football commissioner, deciding that Vick could play again.

You know i love my sports, but i promise this:

i will never watch an Eagles Game (yes, including the Super Bowl) as long as Michael Vick
remains an Eagle.

Jeffrey Laurie, Andy Reid, may your conscience weigh heavy and hard!

More from The Daily Green

The quality of air in the inside of our homes is important. These products will not contribute to indoor pollution.

Cleaning products cost $'s, and often wind up hurting our air quality.

HHi People,

One of my favorite topics is cleaning your home, without polluting it.

The Daily Green has an excellent slide show on this topic today.

It takes a little more elbow grease (not too much) but think of it as exercise!

Your lungs and those you live with will thank you for it, pets too!

Hi People,

Once in awhile when i am waiting for downloads, i read recent journals on CM.

The other day, i ran across an entry that touched my heart, and i found  profound.

i asked permission from Master Gaach, and He was to kind to allow me to post it here.  Thank You Master Gaach.

i copied and pasted it, when i received permission.

i hope You find it as profound as i did.

MASTER GAACH

This one will be hard to write.

I had a lovely (vanilla) evening out tonight with my brother et al...and, driving home, my mind recounted recent events, and my body reacted. I know of subspace; is there a similar term for Doms? I don't know what it's like for others, just how it is for me, and I call it "The Hunger".

My heart rate and respiration increased, I became sweaty, my right hand tingled while a band around my head felt 'tight', and I fought to avoid hyperventilation (bad while driving at 80 MPH, lol). I know it sounds like I was having a heart attack, but I know better: it's The Hunger. I feel a near-loss of control (I've never "let myself go" so I don't know just how far this rabbit hole goes), I feel my eyes wide and glaring, and I feel like an animal-- primitive, unrestrained, unrestrainable. I don't like it. It scares me a little. I know that I would never do anything to hurt anyone...but I feel dangerous and not entirely under my own control.

Why do I feel this way? Well, it's because I have a physiological response to submission and/or submissiveness. It's as if submission is a chemical which, when a pinch is tossed into the cauldron that is me, causes an exothermic chemical reaction. I can maintain control, but when I stimulate submissiveness over and over and over and over yet maintain calm control in its face, the reaction inside me builds and the pressure cooker at last can no longer contain the internal pressure. My problem is that I'm a very controlled person, and despite my love of (and desire for) intensity I pride myself on calm, collected, self-control, and The Hunger is anything but.

Screaming down the 101 at midnight is NOT a good time to experience The Hunger (as if there was ever a good time), so I used every calming technique that I could think of under the circumstances. I took a drink of water and recited every fact I could remember regarding water (including van der Waals forces, the 105-degree angle between the two H atoms, and the unusual fact that the maximum density of water is at around 4C and were it not, life on Earth could not exist as we know it). Anything and everything to distract myself from The Hunger-- the raging raving eye-glaring animal trying to meld with me-- the pounding screaming Dominant desire.

I arrived home safe, having talked myself through it yet again. Now I'm just tired and have a slight headache; I'm going to bed now, which at only 12:45 is amazingly early for me. But how much longer need I struggle with this demon? When will I find the yang to my Yin?

Well, another 80 miles on the bike should exhaust The Hunger into 'submission', lol. Ha ha ha. (Sorry, I didn't think it was very funny either...but it was the best I could do at the moment)

Now this is my part:

The hunger spoken of in the Dom, exists in the submissive to the yin to the yang.

My part is reverse it and the submissive feels the same.

When will i find the Yang to my Yin.

i hope You enjoy this very intelligent post by Master Gaach.

all good things,

catherine

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE U.S.A.!!!

It's a sad truth that i have no singing voice, well not one for easy listening.

However, on July 4th i belt out two songs i love about my country.  i thought i would share them with my journal readers.

You're a Grand Old Flag

by George M. Cohan

You're a grand old flag,
You're a high flying flag
And forever in peace may you wave.
You're the emblem of
The land I love.
The home of the free and the brave.
Ev'ry heart beats true
'neath the Red, White and Blue,
Where there's never a boast or brag.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
Keep your eye on the grand old flag.

You're a grand old flag,
You're a high flying flag
And forever in peace may you wave.
You're the emblem of
The land I love.
The home of the free and the brave.
Ev'ry heart beats true

Where there's never a boast or brag.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
Keep your eye on the grand old flag!

America the Beautiful

Words by Katharine Lee Bates,
Melody by Samuel Ward

O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!

O beautiful for pilgrim feet
Whose stern impassioned stress
A thoroughfare of freedom beat
Across the wilderness!
America! America!
God mend thine every flaw,
Confirm thy soul in self-control,
Thy liberty in law!

O beautiful for heroes proved
In liberating strife.
Who more than self their country loved
And mercy more than life!
America! America!
May God thy gold refine
Till all success be nobleness
And every gain divine!

O beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!

O beautiful for halcyon skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the enameled plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till souls wax fair as earth and air
And music-hearted sea!

O beautiful for pilgrims feet,
Whose stem impassioned stress
A thoroughfare for freedom beat
Across the wilderness!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till paths be wrought through
wilds of thought
By pilgrim foot and knee!

O beautiful for glory-tale
Of liberating strife
When once and twice,
for man's avail
Men lavished precious life!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till selfish gain no longer stain
The banner of the free!

O beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
Till nobler men keep once again
Thy whiter jubilee!

INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!

I Like this quote I dislike this quoteJuly 4. Statistics show that we lose more fools on this day than in all the other days of the year put together. This proves, by the number left in stock, that one fourth of July per year is now inadequate, the country has grown so.

Mark Twain quotes (American Humorist, Writer

i love my country, i feel i am lucky to live in the U.S.A.

i think today of the original Patriots that fought for our independence with gratitude.

i think today of my fellow Americans fighting in far away places, and i pray for their return home safely.

i wish you all a happy day, celebrating this day of Independence.

Have fun, be safe.

Hi People,

i was deleting email tonight when i realized, 55 men wrote me that i spelt  the word Kindegarten incorrectly.

i was truly not aware there was quite that many, all over the spelling of one word.

Okay, here it is:  KINDEGARTEN

i blocked and delted all those emails.

If that's all you got from that journal, then i don't want to know you.

Happy Weekend!

Hi CM,

i turned 31 this weekend.  i don't feel or look any different.

i hear no ticking clocks, feel no pressure to do anything.  In fact i feel freer.

i survived my dear brothers, college, and my profession.  i even found a way to be happy in it.

i asked my dear friends and family, for no gifts this year.  i don't need anything.  i asked that they contribute, if they wish, to my favorite deserving charity.

i sat in my quiet home this morning and meditated.  i thanked God for all He gave me, especially my Grandmother and a man, who tried so hard to save my Dad, James O'Neill.  Odd as it may be, He never saved my Dad, but gave me so much, i still pray for Him.

So on this Birthday, i would like to thank my Grandmother and James O'Neill for helping me become the woman i am today!

That's all folks!

hugs,

catherine

Hi,

When we were children in grade school, two standards of behaviour applied.

Girls, made the blessed Mother cry for tiny infractions (such as passing notes).  Boys were always allowed much worse behaviour, because boys will be boys.  (Puke).

i bought that in grade school, but no longer.

Ethics is ethics, male or female.

How about we just all stand up and be a credit to the planet, our friends and families.

Relationships go without saying!

"to unmask the self that lies hidden behind the self that we present to the world"  Anais Nin

It took me a long time to quote Anais Nin, because at one time many submissive's profiles quoted her.

This is good food for thought.  The person we present to the world, is different in many ways from the whole of who we are.

i have no desire to share my inner self with the world.  That's something i share with a small circle of friends, and my "One" someday.

While i'm in my Journal:

REFUSE PLASTIC BAGS FROM STORES!!!

Get some sturdy reuseable bags and use them until, they fall apart.  Then recycle them and get some more.

i want to have a child someday.  i don't wish that child to inherit a planet uninhabitable.

Happy Weekend!

AND THE BEAT GOES ON!!!

Memorial Day is over, but we should remember every day.  Those who have died, and those still fighting.

Let's not leave out wounded Veterans still trying to recover.

These people are our brother and sisters.  Take a moment daily, think about how they are just trying to make it through one more day.  i pray, but i believe just a quiet moment sending them hope would help.  Sit still for a moment, think of their situation.

i guess things at home don't seem so bad after all.

The worst day that you are having, cannot compare to the day our fellow citizens are
experiencing.

i also wish to mention returning home.  Tough enough, and then there are no jobs.

If your Company needs some people, think of hiring a returning Vet.  i believe there are also tax benefits, but do it because it's the right thing to do.

MEMORIAL DAY!!!

i thank all the men and women who serve or have served this nation.

Your sacrifices are commendable.  i am grateful.

There is a Memorial Service on Monday am, before the barbeques.

Then we will pray for those that gave the ultimate sarcrifice, and for their survivors.

The active troops need prayers too.  Take a moment on this long weekend, to keep them in your thoughts.

i owe it to all who served, a curtsey.  Thanks to those that served, i am not speaking German or Japanese.

i salute all of you.

MAGIC CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

My favorite movie of all is Newsies.  It's a Walt Disney product.

It was my Friday to pick the VCR tape.  i picked Newsies.

My brothers groaned and complained.

When the movie started, magic happened.

They loved it!

For days they ran around the house singing the songs and dancing.

See a movie can be magic!

We watch it annually on my birthday, and the magic happens again.

We schedule that in between sports, lol.

Have a great weekend!!!

27 OUTS!!!

Baseball has 27 outs per team in a game.

Ever think that perhaps we all have only a certain amount of outs in life?

i am often asked, why i am cautious about face pics and meeting strangers off the net.

Think of the 27 outs.  i have one life to live, and me (my team) has only 27 outs.

i am cautious, and yes, i do not want my face over the net.  Posted who knows where.

Sad enough people steal my photos, but have at it!

27 outs and one life.

Me, i am spending them carefully.

MAY 10TH - HONORING MOTHER

i would like to take a moment to honor my Grandmother.

Brave woman to leave the shores of Ireland and make her way to America.

Then she got to live through the "Great Depression".

This grand woman came to our house to raise her grandchildren.  i would not be the person i am today without Katie.

Wisdome, courage, morals, and frugality, were lessons Katie dispensed with gentle but firm guidance.

i was going to write Grandmother a poem, but i am not good at creating poetry, and it would not honor Grandmother

My Grandmother was a good woman, a Grand Dame.

Thanks Grandmother for coming into our lives and staying.

i love you with all my heart.

Hello CMers,

i thought i would share this.  i did not write it, all credit to Fatherfigr.  He wrote it and granted permission to post it here.

Billy Bob's Tips for DOMs.
(Chapter 6)

So you've taken the plunge and decided you want a new dishwasher/sex slave.  But what to do?  All women want to serve men and be their complete property.  That's just the way they are.  The trick is a hot one to recognize you for the sexual deity that you are.

And how do you do that?  With pictures of course!

First and foremost.  Any old camera will do.  No need to spend a lot of money on a new one. That old broken piece of trash in the bottom of the drawer will do.   Remember women don't actually CARE what you look like.  Only that you are someone they can serve.  Pictures are only for introductions.

So what type of picture should you send?  Here are some of the most common types.

1) The Penis shot:  Women spend all day, every day looking for shots of strange men's penises on the internet.  Its in their genes; they can't help it.  So be sure to lots of shots.  Focus is not that important.  Be sure and send them to girls you've never met before with a clever opening line like "Wanna chat?" or "u r hot".  You, know.  Something to break the ice.

2) Your rock hard abs:  This is a tough one.  A few girls might think you're self absorbed having spend 2 hours a day in the gym 6 days a week to make a part of your body that is normally covered up with a t-shirt look good.  But most will admire your dedication to look cool at the expense of all other things in your life and won't think you're a bit gay.

3) The blurry face: Lets face it, woman aren't that picky.  Once they've found a man they can serve, they're pretty much gonna do what you want, no matter what you look like.  The blurry picture face is a great way to show them you are real without having the wife found out what you're doing.

4) You in Bondage gear: Nothing gets a submissive more excited than seeing you dressed up in leather chaps and a rubber mask that has "I'm with stupid" and an arrow pointing up on it. Nuff said.

5) You with a another woman.  Showing a potential submissive how you'd treat her is a great way to get things rolling. Besides, its not like she's going to look at the girl in the picture and start judging her or comparing herself to her or something like that.  That would be silly.

These are just a few suggestions. There's plenty more ways to go. You could hold a beer bottle and stick your tongue out at the camera to show how playful you are.  Or you can capture that beer belly you've been working on for the last six years.  And those tattoos aren't going to show off themselves, are they? Use your imagination.

Its not like women are going to want someone whose going to actually talk with them, make them laugh and be friends or something.  I mean seriously.  Its not like BDSM is only a small part of their lives and they're actually trying to find some to love and cherish for a life time.

That would be silly.

Note:  If you think that's unfair in general, you should soooo read most of my email!

ENTITLEMENTS!!!!

Hi,

i wanted to write about Medicare.

Medicaid is an entitlement.

Medicare on the other hand, is paid for, and only given when a person retires or has special circumstances, like Social Security Disability, and such.

i am an Obama believer.  However, when the President lumps Medicare in with Medicaid, and labels it ENTITLEMENTS,  i see RED.

Social Security is not an ENTITLEMENT, nor is MEDICARE.  Folks worked hard for SS and MEDICARE.

GWB made severe cuts to Medicare.

Medicare is not a great deal as it is.  i wrote Obama, about cuts to Medicare--NOOOOOOOOO!

While we are busy bailing out the pigs, don't look to our elderly for savings.

Most on Medicare have to carry additional insurance to cover all the blah blah that Medicare does not cover.  Also, if you are on any drugs that still have patents (re:  not generics) - include a decent drug plan.

People on Social Security and Medicare are on fixed in comes.  Everything is go up in cost, that they need to exist.

MEDICARE IS NOT AN ENTITLEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!

If you do not care about MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY, you will someday.  Maybe when your parents or Grandparents are on it.  Maybe, when you retire.

i wrote my President and Vice President, my State Senators and Congressman.

Maybe you should too.

hugs,

catherine

This has been a redheaded rant brought to you as a public service, lol!

PLANET FRIENDLY!!!

Hi People,

i wanted to share with you a great newsletter with planet friendly tips.

It's free and seems the perfect time to post the link.

http://www.thedailygreen.com/

Lots of information from small things people can do, to reliable information about the larger projects (solar panels and the like).

The cleaning tips remind me of my Grandmother who believed that baking soda and elbow grease cleaned almost anything.

i like to share information, and also receive information.

Beyond the obvious, there are many very intelligent and good people on CM.

Happy Earth Week!!!! (Which in mho should be every week).

HARRY KALAS- HARRY WE WILL MISS YOU!!!

BORN:  MARCH 26, 1936

The "Phillies Nation", lost their beloved announcer this week.

i wanted to share the experience of HK with you, but i feel i lack the writing skills.  i never experienced a Phillies game without HK as the announcer.  HK started in radio, and continued to call games that way, creating visuals of the plays.  He was beloved by the team and community.  He was the voice of the "Phillies", and in my memory, when i heard HK speak i would always think of the Phillies.

HK was part of the team.  He received His World Championship ring along with the team.  i am very happy we won it all last year, HK, was estatic.

HK was inducted into the Broadcaster's Hall of Fame in 1973.  He won the Pennsylvania Broadcaster of the Year 19 times!!! An amazing achievement.

Here is an old story to give you some of the flavor.

When HK and Whitey were a team, they used to say on the microphone the name of the pizza place and send 2, 1 plain and 1 pepperoni.  The Phillies front office, complained.  The pizza parlor was not an advertiser, so stop.  HK and Whitey used to shout out for birthdays.  After that HK used to shout out a birthday shout for the ___________(pizza Parlor) twins.  Whitey would ask HK, what are the twins names?  HK would reply, plain and pepperoni.  lol. The pizzas were delivered to the both in short order. It's just one of many great stories.

As a child i was a jr. Philly.  That meant you received tickets for every Sunday game.  Sundays are the give away day.  Phillies merchandise for the under 13 crowd.  Every week i looked forward to going to the ballpark, early, getting autographs, and my "Phillies Merchandise".  HK was so part of that.

Baseball is intrinsic in the history of the USA.  It's part of my history, part of me.

Hk, had nicknames for some of the players.  Mitch Williams was our closer at one time.  Mitch was interviewed after HK's death.  Mitch said a closer wants to be an intimidating presence.  HK called Mitch, Mitchy Poo from the booth, lol.

HK called Mike Schmidt's 500 HR.  HK called all 578 of them.     He called Mike Schmidt, Michael Jack Smith.  Interviewed the other day, He said whenever he hears Michael Jack he always thinks of HK, smile.

HK was famous for His special call of "This ball is ouuuuuuuuuuuuut of here".  i will never hear it with the HK touch again.

The Philadelphia Philles will wear an HK patch over their hearts all season, nice tribute.

Here is the good part: HK died in the broadcast booth preparing to call the game.  He loved the game and the team.  i would think when my time comes i would like to exit the stage doing what my passion is.

HK, You will be missed and thanks for the memories.

WALKING BACK TO THE LIGHT!!!

i have felt so angry for awhile now.

Was it justified, due to all the things that transpired (economically speaking)?  Probably.

The longer i stayed angry the angrier i became.

It began to be difficult to meditate and pray, hard to focus like i usually can.

i perservered, and i was rewarded.  Anger blocks all good things.  So i pondered, and meditated and prayed to give up the anger.

i found out something equally as important.  Anger does not go away quickly, it lingers, it wanted me back.

When i was a girl i remembered, how i felt after confession.  Not realistic, but i always felt the grace of God wash over me.

i don't want the anger back, and i did find helpers.

Prayer, of course, meditation, and something very needed now of all times.

i live in a middle class neighborhood, and my larger community same.  In these times, maybe the most often hit and hard.

We have lots of Food Cupboards, and other things in place, but we do need more.

i decided to give more time and resources.

Once i made that decision, i see the light ahead.

i will still be politically active, but i will try to never be that angry again.  It took my energy, and eventually would have taken my soul.

If you want to change the world, change yourself-Ghandi

IRISH HERITAGE DAY - ST. PATRICK'S DAY

This is a day, we stop, and honor our ancestors.

Those that had the courage to travel to a new land, for new opportunities, and for us that came after.

My Grandmother's generation, they worked hard and long, for mostly little pay.  Yet, they all eventually owned modest homes, and took pride in them.

The passed on values like frugality, keeping your word, and helping others.

Homework was my Grandmother's true religion.  Do it and do it well, and you did not want to upset that grand Ol' Dame.

i owe who i am today, to Grandmother and that whole generation.  Uncles, Aunts, and friends that you addressed as either.  No child ever called an adult by their first name.

Manners, self-esteem, and the proper ways of doing so many things.  She also taught, stand up for yourself!

My Grandmother never went to school much in Ireland, but in America she became a self educated woman.  i hope someday to be as wise.

So, a kiss to the heavens, a wreath on the Holy Sepluchre, for those who came before.

Grandmother, i miss you very much.

Proud of my ancestory, prouder still of the results.

May God hold you in the palm of His hands.

Happy Irish Day!

This is the White House Press Secretary.

This man is sooooooooooo not suited for his job, in my opinion.

He has the same flat affect daily, and He has to check about almost everything!!!

Doesn't someone brief the briefer?

Here we have a bread called "Stroehman", no color, no texture, and if you put it in the bag against something heavy, it totally collapses.

i think one change "Bob Gibbons", might help.

Here is the crux of the matter, COME OUT PREPARED!!!- DON'T SHUFFLE PAPERS, AND HEM AND HAW!!!

i can no longer watch the Briefings, i read them online.

HARRY M. MARKOPOLOS VS. BERNIE MADOFF!!!

Harry M. Markopolos, a Certified Financial man, talked to the SEC since early 2000, about Madoff's Hedge Fund.

He had proof, from his investigation, that it was a Ponzi scheme.  No numbers He ran could possibly produce the returns promised by Madoff.

Markopolos, said if the SEC, had investigated when He first approched them, people still would have lost 7 Million.  Lots different from the billions now in the wind.

One lady never heard of Madoff.  She unfortunately invested in a group she trusted which was a "feeder" fund.

i guess Harry felt like John the Baptist, crying in the wildnerness.

Madoff, will spend the rest of his life in jail, Federal Prision, and it best not be Allenwood, but a real lock up!

The investigation is ongoing, and i think Mrs. Madoff better start packing.  Thinking that 64 Million Dollar penthouse, (gasp), won't be around much longer.

In the end, where's the beef (money)?

The SEC failed, why?  They are mostly lawyers, not financial people.  However, their lack of interest of looking into Markopolas's documented accusations, stuns me.

We can no longer trust the watchers to be vigilant, or even trustworthy.

Once again, i find myself asking is trust lost forever?

THE GOOD NEWS!!!!

It's almost prom time.  Remember, what an important time that was for you?  Well, this lady did.

The Prom Dress Bonanza is being held weekends all during March at the Cheltenham Mall.  Mall hours.

Unemployment has hit our area hard.  Proms can be an expense, that many families cannot handle.

This ingenious woman, can dress a girl for about twenty dollars, and you can donate that bridemaid's dress too.

This story cheered me, made me feel good.

We may have the pigs on wall street and in the banks, but the american spirit lives on.

This perhaps seems trivial to my readers.  It's a big deal to many girls.

Read the article, and sing out, i'm proud to be an American, smile.

Woman collects prom dresses for teens in need; can you help?

Reported by: Tony Arranaga
Email: tarranaga@abc15.com
Last Update: 1/30/2008 2:38 pm
A Valley woman needs your help to collect prom dresses for teens facing hardships.

If it shimmers, glitters, or shines, Joyce Jeskos is looking for it.

She is selling the dresses at dirt-cheap prices to teens in need.

What's the price? Just $5!

Add some accessories and the total bill is likely to be just under $20.

The self proclaimed fairy godmother says she got the idea from another Valley woman almost a decade ago.

The snowbird has ataken the not-for-profit idea back to her hometown of Philadelphia where it has become another huge success.

The Prom Fair will be held February 16th and 17th in Phoenix for teens in need.

Jesko also needs donations and volunteers for the event. You can always drop off gowns at the Church.  Someone is always there.

Dresses in all sizes are needed, along with handbags, makeup and jewelry.

NORTHERN TRUST!!!

i am IRISH ANGRY RE:  NORTHERN TRUST

This bank accepted 1.6 Billion of taxpayers money for a bailout.

Northern Trust then threw a bash for their "best customers" (seemed it did not include you or i, who bailed them out).

It included the best hotels, gift boxes, and private concerts!!!

There is no excuse for this!  The Executives of Northern Trust need to know the golden days are over.

i want the taxpayer's money back for that party!!!

Write Obama and Biden, this is money spent foolishly!!!

Fire the Executives of Northern Trust, and bring new ones in who are based in reality!!!

This saddens me, while families scrape to get by.

And i want a gift box, lol!

Whew, i feel better when i vent.  My next step is to write Obama and Biden.

Imagine if we all wrote, it takes a few minutes, maybe Northern Trust would wise up.

i still want the management fired, and new Executives based in reality hired.

THE THREE AMIGOS!!!

Governors, Jindel, Sanford and Balbour, are yakking about turning down "Stimulus Money"

Jindel has a 5.5% unemployment rate in Louisianna.  Let's not forget Katrina devastated the state.  Okay, they did rebuild the Quarter, but go 10 miles away, and see the devastation.  Poor people trying to rebuild  their homes, no money, no jobs.

i think these three Governor's need immediate mental assessment.  Did they forget Republican or Democrat they work for the people?

Happy Fat Tuesday!

If you're a catholic girl like me, it's a solemn holiday, Ash Wednesday.

Do You Believe in Miracles?

During the 1980 Olympics, a college Olympic  team beat the mighty Russians, for the Gold Medal In Hockey!!!

i have watched that movie (reenactment) many times.  It always picks my spirits up!

Herb Brooks, the Coach, died i believe two years ago in an auto accident.

In these times of economic woes and scary times, it still works!

i had friends over last night, made some yummy food, and were transported back in time.

My parents tell me that Nation needed that boost then also.

i feel better, grab a copy, and maybe you will too.

ADDENDUM:  For the Historically Correct Freaks:

Yes, i know the USA beat Finland for the Gold Medal.  They had to beat the Russians first.
That was the magical moment, the Fins were a foot note.

Happy Sunday!!!

WHY?

i love baseball.  Since i was a child baseball fascinated me, it's such a mind game.

i am sad.  Three of the most talented players are now tainted by the steriod scandal.

i have enjoyed the amazing pitching of Roger Clemens, and the talent of Bonds, and A-Rod.

Three of the most amazing talents in the game, let us all down.

This is a quote from SI, from an article about these players and steriods.

Tom Verducci wrote the article.

First He writes, "It isn't just that A-Rod and Bonds cheated the game and perverted its history.  It's also that they were blessed with every baseball skill--and that wasn't still enough".

Mr. Verducci ends the article with this:

"It was Picasso himself who once said,
"Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth"

"Surely there was art in Bonds and Rodriguez at their best.  The truth within, we know now, is an ugly one"

In these desperate economic times, our institutions we once trusted, we now see them for what they are--greedy pigs.

All this brings me to think, how will we ever trust anything again.

Baseball is like our world, tainted now with liars and golden parachutes.  Instituions we trusted crumbled.

i guess Baseball is like real life.

Walk slow, step carefully, and assess things.

Life is getting harder, so we need to be stronger and smarter.

BTW, SI, is a great magazine, and they have much more than the swimsuit issue, lol!

Happy Sunday!

Hi !

i thought i should mention something about D/s.

A break from politics.

In a land far away, in a different time i was given these words:

"A mediocre Master tells, a good Master teaches, an excellent Master explains, a True Master inspires"

Were they His words?    i do not know.

One may wonder what a good submissive would do:

she responds to the teaching, listens and absorbs explanation, and is open to being inspired.

Maybe she inspires the Master too?

i just thought i would share this.

i hope you enjoy it, as i did.  i also learned from it.

SELL ALL THE PRIVATE JETS!!!

Hooray, for the Department of Treasury, for nixing the purchase of a $50 million dollar jet from FRANCE (While Boeing is laying off and cutting jobs)!

Oh yes, France is sooooooooo friendly to the USA.

i say sell all the private jets of the companies, that just asked the taxpayers to bail them out!

Then send in the forensic accounts, after all they got Capone.

We have war criminals, financial criminals, and other assorted law benders, bring them to Justice!

Obama says the executives that took bonuses beyond belief - is shameful.  Does Obama really believe Sociopaths feel shame?

i saw on Saturday that Joe Biden is going to be in charge of the middle class task force.

Go to www.middleclass.gov to have input and see what this newest step is about.

Write Obama and scream about "Golden Parachutes" and bonuses way beyond belief.

Be heard!!!

While i am at it kudos to Exxon and their huge profits.  i think now that they are doing so well cut those government oil subsidies- write,
 demand- be heard!!!!

What does this have to do with a BDSM website- probably nothing in that context.

However, all citizens need to be heard!

Ah, i feel better now.  Thanks for reading.

Hi People!

The Holidays have arrived!

i am grateful to the people in my life and i look forward to the New Year.  i am thankful for the things i have, and i share.  Still this time of year seems there never is enough to give.

Imagine if everybody gave just $1.00 to the Salvation Army, what a world that would be!

i wanted to wish all my friends all good things.
That doesn't mean just material goods.

Cherish your time with family and true friends.
Eat, drink (moderately) and be merry.  We are truly blessed here in the USA.

To all the military personnel that peek, please accept a grateful hug.  i pray that you are safe and well.

Oh, bye the way, i put some seasonal photos up!  i don't have time to send wishes to all.  My gesture is to share more photos (vain, isn't she? lol).

i noticed something to night, my photos seem to feature my tush, lol.  Thank the powers that be for houses with steps, giggle!

Happy Holidays and keep safe and well.  Let's enjoy the people in our lives.

Happy Holidays!

Hi People,

Now for some comic relief to show i am not always serious!!! Smile!!!

Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her.

So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of s___."

' TIS THE SEASON FOR GIVING!!!

The need this year is greater than ever.  If You are in the Philadelphia Area - Philabundance would appreciate a donation.  Thanksgiving the supplies of food, were almost exhausted at most food centers.  If not near Philly, i am sure there are food outlets in your area.

The Salvation Army desperately needs funds for all sorts of necessities.  Only 10% of monies collected go for administration.  The other 90% goes to the Program it is marked for.

It's a hard time of year for the less fortunate among us.  Not only Christmas, but the winter is upon us up North in the USA.

Know a Soldier?  Gift packages are always appreciated.  In the war zone?  i have lists of things needed just email me.  Girls photos are always appreciated!!!! i guess the female service members might appreciate photos of males (not your genitals!!!).

Remember, we have our fellow citizens stationed all over the world.

What i am trying to say, is save a small part of gift giving for someone outside your immediate family.  Maybe, you personally know someone in need.  No administration costs there, wink!!!

This is a depressing time of year for those who serve to be away from home.  Even a card full of what others are doing (at home) would be welcomed.

We all need to think past ourselves, which is hard this time of year, but truly needed.

i guess everyday we should share with our fellow man--after all someday we may need the spirit of giving ourselves.

Happy Holidays!!!

all good things,

Hi,

i wanted to post something about "being green".

i don't have 180,000 or such to convert my home to be a "5" on the green scale.

i have done what i can to live a greener life.
Unplug appliances when not in use, which is a pain at first, but becomes a habit.

i recycle and pass on things i don't need.

i paid and replaced my windows one by one, with insulated glass to keep my home warmer and cooler.

i watch planet green.  i go on planetgreen.com for hints on how to live greener.

i have developed a taste for tofu (actually, when you learn to cook with it, it's good).

i walk or bike where i can.  i bundle errands, to save on gas.

i wish someday i could live in a green home.

i sew most of my clothing, and take care of what i have, so it will last.

On top of everything i am, i want to live planet friendly.  Whether Global Warming, is a reality or not, is not my argument.

i do know that resources need to be cherished and saved for those that come after us.

i feel living responsibly, is part of living honorably.

i am very excited to see what the next few years will offer in the "green" area.

Maybe i am kermit, lol!

Happy Days!

Food Banks are running low on stock.

Maybe you are in a position to donate money and or canned goods?

Maybe go through your cabinets and donate the stuff you know
won't be used.

Thanksgiving is coming, someone would benefit from the food.

Hi People,

Congratulations, a new day in America is here!

Obama has a huge hole to dig out of, let's hope his shovel is big and strong!

i am hoping, each citizen will be regarded with respect.  i hope the poor, and vulnerable
among us, are  no longer regarded as a nuisance.

i was raised by a Grandmother who survived both immigration and the Depression.

It will take all of us, working as one team, to turn things around.

Hi,

i am often referred to as a "Sports Fanatic".

Growing up we had one (1)TV.  i have 5 brothers, only one is younger than me.

We watched a lot of sports, and that's how i became part of the family "Sports Cult".

i often wonder if i came to my love of sports naturally, or was i brainwashed into it?

In the end, i have come to see sports as part of my life.

By the way, i can watch excellence in anything, be it sports, art, or ____________ anything else.

i love ballet.  i also love  watching  Michael Jordon on sports classics.  i love poetry, but watching MJ, is poetry in motion.

If you don't think this makes any sense, move on.

This is one tiny part of who i am.

Hi,

Must be my week!  i came across this poem and loved it!

There is no inferiority in your submission;
There is no superiority in my Dominance.
Alone, we are two incomplete halves;
Together, our union fulfills us both.
Your gift is to love and respect me;
My honor is to cherish and protect you.
Through my love, you are inspired;
Through your love, I am made strong.
If I am called Master, it is only because
Through you, I can master myself.

Hi People,

Did a little research, and found this in urban dictionary.com:

sapiosexual

One who finds intelligence the most sexually attractive feature.

That seems to fit me within the context of who i am.

i am a submissive, hetrosexual, female (not bi or bi curious).

Kudos  to time magazine for naming
urban dictionary one of the
50 best websites of 2008

One who finds intelligence the most sexually attractive feature.

"I want an incisive, inquisitive, insightful, irreverent mind. I want someone for whom philosophical discussion is foreplay. I want someone who sometimes makes me go ouch due to their wit and evil sense of humor. I want someone that I can reach out and touch randomly. I want someone I can cuddle with.

I decided all that means that I am sapiosexual."

This seemed to fit to, although, i probably would not quite put it that way.

When describing sapiosexuality to someone at I came up with the phrase: "You can only sex with someone for so long, but you can talk forever."

i spent a lot of time on this.
If it gives you trouble, for the history see google, or urbandictionary.com

Hi People,

i have always enjoyed Madonna, who has taken many a path in life.

If you have not listened to "Hard Candy", do.  i suggest this because there are songs that apply to this way of ours.

i always was attracted to Madonna, because she owns herself.  Intelligent and yet so needy.

If i was a man i would delight in the submission of a woman such as she.

THIS IS NOT A FLAME!!!________________________

i found the source that was used to maliciously attack me.  There is a Katherine, who is 30, in the UK.

i read her profile, seems like a decent and serious person.

The rumor was maliciously spread against both of us.

Notice the other catherine spells her name with a k.

To  the person who started this, my final comment:

How sad and lonely your life must be, attacking the essence of other people.

Done with this,

catherine

(notice the c)

8/9/2008 9:36:46 PM

i am a stranger, in a strange land.

Yesterday, a person contacted me to let me know there is a rumor that i am a man.  i asked the source, he declined.

i have a few things to say:

If you go to the trouble of telling me of a rumor, be a man, tell the source.

i was born with all my female
"ASSets".  i am not a man as several here can vouch for my
being a female.

Mostly, i just want to say, that is a malicious rumor.

To the person who told me the rumor without a source, shame on you.

Ah, i feel better now.

SIMPLIFYING LIFE

i wanted to share this with friends here.

All I Really Need To Know
I Learned In Kindergarten

by Robert Fulghum

- an excerpt from the book, All I Really Need To Know I Learned in Kindergarten.

All I really need to know I learned in kindergarten.
ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW about how to live and what to do
and how to be I learned in kindergarten. Wisdom was not
at the top of the graduate-school mountain, but there in the
sandpile at Sunday School. These are the things I learned:

Share everything.

Play fair.

Don't hit people.

Put things back where you found them.

Clean up your own mess.

Don't take things that aren't yours.

Say you're sorry when you hurt somebody.

Wash your hands before you eat.

Flush.

Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.

Live a balanced life - learn some and think some
and draw and paint and sing and dance and play
and work every day some.

Take a nap every afternoon.

When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic,
hold hands, and stick together.

Be aware of wonder.
Remember the little seed in the styrofoam cup:
The roots go down and the plant goes up and nobody
really knows how or why, but we are all like that.

Goldfish and hamsters and white mice and even
the little seed in the Styrofoam cup - they all die.
So do we.

And then remember the Dick-and-Jane books
and the first word you learned - the biggest
word of all - LOOK.

Everything you need to know is in there somewhere.
The Golden Rule and love and basic sanitation.
Ecology and politics and equality and sane living.

Take any of those items and extrapolate it into
sophisticated adult terms and apply it to your
family life or your work or your government or
your world and it holds true and clear and firm.
Think what a better world it would be if
all - the whole world - had cookies and milk about
three o'clock every afternoon and then lay down with
our blankies for a nap. Or if all governments
had a basic policy to always put thing back where
they found them and to clean up their own mess.

And it is still true, no matter how old you
are - when you go out into the world, it is best
to hold hands and stick together.

© Robert Fulghum, 1990.
Found in Robert Fulghum, All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten, Villard Books: New York, 1990, page 6-7.

ONE EXCEPTION:

i share many things but will never share my Master, it's hands off there!

hope this helps people, it's old, been around, but it's truth remains.

This is my year!

COMMON SENSE!

FITNESS:

Can a person enter into a new relationship without fitness?

Financially:  Be finacially solvent, i am, my One should be too.  This does not mean riches, just not in choas, financially.

A new relationship is difficult enough without that lurking.

Be physically fit.  i am not attracted to men who are not
H/W/P.

How about your mental fitness?
If You are divorced have you given yourself a chance to recover?  Divorce is a stressor and a person needs time before starting over in mho.

i just mention this because of my encounters on CM.

i waited a long time before i started searching again, after the death of my One.  There are seven stages of grief, with no time limit.

It took me a long time to be mentally fit, to search.

Well, that's all for now, but please take note.

i mention once again, please do not write me if you are married.
You are committed.

an angel truly for  me. red haired wondergirl of love. dreams can come true.

time after time love wins. soon she will be mine. sweetest catherine mine.

she left me a message
so right I smiled
catherine so pure and naughty

smiling   so hard as i type
and she is so nice--
nice, naughty and pretty

she was laid on the bed crying
her heart was broken
he entered, laid beside and hugged her

hissing her face, and her
baby talk to me he asked
words slipped from her

in his   arms she was secure
whole and needy
she whsipered everything to him

his arms tight around her
she was home in his arms
his woman

A person works hard and plans a life.  Then one day boom, the life dies.

Confusion and grief has to be addressed and dealt with.  Many know there are seven stages of grief.  i spent time in each stage and dealing with my feelings.

Now, i am back to me, filled with joy and happiness.  i take baby steps, i do have fear of starting a new relationship.  i am dealing with the fear.

i can help my clients, they listen and take appropriate action.

i am dealing with fear now, and i will resolve it.

i don't want to make mistakes and wind up like a broken down used car that noone wants.

i am an intelligent well educated woman.  i know the ways of the world.

Why am i writing this?

When i write it out it's real.

So, i need to overcome the fear.
i am a resourceful person and i know i can overcome it.

COMMON SENSE DIED TODAY!!!

today I  read
his obituary.

Obituary - Common Sense

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has
been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was since his
birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as knowing
when to come in out of the rain, why the early bird gets the worm, life
isn't always fair, and maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more
than you earn) and reliable parenting strategies (adults, not children are
in charge).

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well intentioned but
overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a six-year-old boy
charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from
school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding
an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job
they themselves failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It
declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to
administer Aspirin, sun lotion or a sticky plaster to a student; but could
not inform the parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an
abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became
contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better
treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar
in your own home and the burglar can sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to
realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her
lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his
wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason. He is
survived by three stepbrothers; I Know my Rights, Someone Else is to Blame,
and I'm a Victim.

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you
still remember him pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

Notes to myself and any others that care to read.

Develop interest in life as you see it; in people, things, literature, music - the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people. Forget yourself.

Henry Miller (1891 - 1980)

i remind myself of this daily.  Yes, i want to find my One, i hunger for Him.

Meanwhile, back in reality there is much to be cherished daily.

This is just a wake up call for me, no wisdom to most.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

i would like to speak of profiles.
Profiles are my first impression of the man i am speaking too.

If You have public play and bisexual listed, i take You at Your word.  i am not bisexual.
Then the gentleman will tell me He is not seeking bisexual. i immediately become confused, and leery.

Why list something You do not wish a girl to be?

Public Play- i am private with my D/s relationship, so why write or chose me?

i am looking for my One, and i will not settle for less.  Why should You?

It would not work in a LTR, You would eventually hunger for a girl that i am not.

Be careful what You list on Your profile, it says who You are and what You want, to me.

i would like to state again, i am not bisexual, or bicurious.
i am also private with my D/s or M/s relationship.  i don't share, failed that in Kindegarten.

i don't judge any of these things.

In the words of an old Bob Dylan song,

"It ain't me babe, i'm not the one You're looking for".

i wish Y/you a Happy Monday!

Oh, one more note, sorry i am not a switch, it is not part of me.

HAPPY NEWS FROM THE FRONT!!!

i had my reservations about CM.
Reflected in my journal entries.

CM just came up a couple of notches in respect today.  A friend, on CM, female, had a happy tale for me.

i respect this woman, and she is not a cardboard cut out.  Intelligent, funny, interesting,
and...........also beautiful.

Told me how she just met her One on here less than 3 months ago.

She is very happy and flourishing.  That was good to read.  This is a quality woman.

Any way, i was quick to criticize, and now quick to applaud.

Things are better for me here on CM.  Email has slowed down, and sane people are writing, lol.

Perhaps it's a trial, make it through the first thirty days and then...............wink!!!

Nothing worthwhile, for me, has come easy soooooooooooo, back to Grandmother:

Time and work will yield treasure.

Just wanted to share there is good news on CM!!!

Thanks for reading.

i think i should call these entries, "notes from the front", wink!

i have been on CM, one month now.  Lots of positives, and also negatives.  Yin/Yang, i guess most descriptive.

Learned much.

One factor seems to be a common denominator.  Speed.
i admit, some is me, but there is an urgency i do not find in daily life.

Some i needed to let go.  Yes,
interesting men, but demands so quickly, seem hollow, false.

i write in my private journal, everyday.  i see my hesitation,
but i see the exaggerated demands, too.

i find it curious, it starts quickly
within two typed "chats".

i feel like a stranger in a strange land.  There are skills needed here, and i am getting better.

i am a private person and a little shy when i first meet someone on the personal chat medium.

People have goals, destinations.
i always felt a good foundation was needed, before the structure could be erected.

The journey is part of the destination.  False demands made early on, confuse me.

Anyway, nothing worthwhile is ever easy.  CM not easy, but possibilities abound.

i guess i should say, to be continued, and thanks if Y/you took the time to read my epistle.

Happy Weekend!

i guess this is an update.

After spending time here, i have managed to find better ways of handling things.

Block User, has to be a girl's best friend, wink!

Also, to the element here that thinks sending a photo of their gentials, i say:

Is that how they say hello on your planet?

Nice emails also, some are just not a match for either.

i enjoy the funny emails.

Basically, i want to say that CM is a rich resource for seeking my One.  As, with all things worthwhile, takes work.

i have an unsinkable spirit, so
no more catherine sinking.

i guess i would sign this as

optimistic catherine

Thanks for taking the time to read!

i wanted to write down some general impressions of CM, while i still have my mind.

i think that it would be helpful, if people were just polite.  Be polite and i will return in kind.

i am not a buddy (meaning a friend of yours).  Please do not use guy (or crude) terms when speaking to me.

It's difficult here at CM, but i do believe, manners could save the day.
