I am the master to joshspet1980. We are an engaged couple and trying to live the Dom/sub lifestyle. I want to hold our collaring ceremony before our regular wedding, and I plan to get her a white jeweled collar, custom made to go with her wedding dress so that she can wear her collar at the regular wedding too.
She hasn't been interested in being a submissive with anyone until me, though I have long known my Dominant nature despite being without a pet to take care of. I am in awe that I am the only man she has ever wanted to submit to this way. It is an amazing gift.
We need more information and resources on our lifestyle. We found one club in the Portland, OR, area, but we wouldn't mind finding others, even though she's still in Yakima, WA. Once we're married, she'll be moving to the Portland, OR, area to be with me, though.
We also need to make friends because neither of us really knows anyone in the lifestyle. In particular, I'd love for us to meet some people in the lifestyle to make friends who we could have at the collaring ceremony as witnesses.
We plan to be very active in the lifestyle, and I don't think she intends to ever take her collar off except to change into a different one once I put one on her neck.
I delight in my pet and love her dearly. I would protect her with my life, or with lethal force, whichever was necessary, though the two are not mutually exclusive. I also want very much to show her off, and she likes the idea of being shown off, so exhibitionism is quite a turn-on for us. We're rather sexually adventurous, and plan on a lot of fun things that neither of us has done before with previous relationships.
We also like a lot of other activities, like fishing, swimming, watching movies together, reading, listening to music, going for walks, etc. You know, the vanilla stuff that we enjoy, regardless of the lifestyle. Besides, we can always spice some of that up with some kink if we want to. We both love Star Trek (my favorite show of all time, actually) and we enjoy good anime (no comments from the peanut gallery about there being no such thing, thank you).
