BDSM to me is something a rather special, more akin to a religion than just an excuse for rough sex. I find that a large percentage of so called BDSM devotees on here are really just vanillas interested in rough sex. I am more interested in whats between your ears than your legs.

Its quite entertaining to find how many pseudo, rude, bad attitude subs are lurking on here, most would make better Doms! Try a little courtesy and respect with your approach, you may also get on better in vanilla land too!

54 year old professional (early retired airline captain but still teaches and lectures in aviation and flys light a/c) fit, healthy, single male-non smoker. I have had a natural interest in perverse behaviour from an unusually young age. BDSM for me isn't something I read about in a book or was recommended to try by a friend, it's a indelible part of my make up. I have little interest in plain vanilla sex at all and never have done, ever, which has made relationships hard-BDSM can be a difficult rocky road!

As an airline captain in a major airline and a military background my career was based around controlling machinery and people in a very unique, disciplined and professional manner which I feel gives me a unique approach to managing people and situations and is ideally suited to BDSM.

My philosophy is one of courtesy, respect and patience. Having also been a professional instructor for most of my career I also enjoy the instructive, mentoring kind of dynamic and I have no problem at all with those who have a genuine, natural BDSM desire, regardless of experience.
