Hey Ya'll!
I am looking for a suitable rental situation/share:
-max $600/mth (mix of rent & utilities) (low income)
-willing to do some type of work for exchange for rent if possible/needed
-mostly butch womyn, 43 yrs young, so would prefer lesbian household
-work part-time w/same company 4 yrs as of July (Customer Assistance)
-college full time (Accounting and Psychology Counseling)
-quiet practicing Wiccan, responsible, honest, respectful of boundaries and ask the same
-generally focus on the positivness of life. Live and let live. :)
-have 2 well behaved felines that *own me,* ;) fresh water fish, and fancy pet mice
-smoker:willing to negotiate to go outside
-have own kitchen stuff, some furniture, if needed
I enjoy gardening work (I have plants-love to see them grow!), have some yard & garden stuff with which to work and would enjoy a back yard to putz around in (to a point as I have some physical limits)
I have been in and around Leather in the Bay Area for aprox. 9 years. I am aware of and heed basic and lifestyle protocol. (Of course, I stll have much yet to learn! :)) Have references.
