It's so interesting to me, that on a site like this - so many people will automatically send a generic "friendship" request. I mean, you have no photo, you don't live remotely near me, we have very few things in common other than the obvious: opposite genders.
I add people to my friends list that I have chatted with a few times and feel a connection with. In general, if you're on my friends list - we actually are. I know, rare concept, right?
