Introduction
I, SLAVE, hereinafter known as
slave, bind myself totally and completely, without limits to, in
chattel slavery to OWNER, hereinafter known as owners. I acknowledge
receipt of one peppercorn in payment. The Owners specifically agree to
keep and maintain the slave for the rest of the slave’s life.
I certify that I am at least 18 years old, am not now physically or
mentally impaired by influence of drugs, including alcohol, or other
reason where I do not know what I am doing am legally and mentally
competent to contract in my own name. I am signing this document of my
own free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind. No one has
made any promises, guarantees, warranties or offered threats or
inducements of any kind to get me to sign this Contract.
With full
understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, I
specifically desire and request the control delineated and the
activities mentioned herein. I am aware of the implications of my
decision and respectfully ask all parties to henceforth consider me
chattel property of my owners.
Section 1 – Renunciation of Rights & Civil and Moral Recourse
(1.1) I desire to become and be a slave. I am signing this Contract in
an attempt to affect that status. I do this out of my own
self-interest. I do this because it makes me happy and provides me
comfort. I specifically request the courts, the law and government not
to interfere. I consider any attempt by an outside authority to in any
way limit my Owners’ rights and prerogatives under this Contract to be
an unwarranted interference with my constitutional legal right to
privacy. I am of legal age and I am legally an adult who knows what he
is doing. I specifically want slavery. In the strongest language, I
request the government not to protect me from the consequences of this
decision.
(1.2) I give up any and all rights of any kind and
description. From this day, my body and mind from this day, will be the
absolute total property of my Owners. I specifically waive any and all
protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections,
and any other rule or regulation that would in any way prevent my
Owners from having total control over every aspect of my life.
(1.3) This contract is irrevocable on both parties. The slave may
never break this agreement. The Owners may transfer ownership but may
not otherwise break the agreement. The Owners may also lease the
slave, for the amount of one peppercorn, however responsibility to keep
and maintain the slave remains with the Owners. As property, the slave
has no standing to break the contract or amend its provisions.
(1.4) If, after five years from the date of this agreement, the Owner’s
decide to transfer ownership of the slave to another party, they must
ensure that the prospective owners both understand and have the
resources to keep and maintain the slave.
(1.5) If, after ten
years from the date of this agreement, the Owner’s decide to transfer
ownership of the slave to another party, they must provide the slave
with the option to be freed in lieu of transfer.
Section 2 – Control of slave
(2.1) The Owners have complete and total control of the slave. Upon
execution of this agreement, the slave renounces any aspect of free
will, submitting to the best of his ability at all times and in every
way.
(2.2) The slave requests the Owners use force to compel
obedience. The slave recognizes and accepts that torture and other
corporal punishments are acceptable means of discipline and control.
The slave further requests such treatment as the Owners find necessary
for their well-being.
(2.3) The slave renounces all rights to complain or mediate treatment.
Section 3 – Type of slave
(3.1) The slave recognizes that the slave will have no rights and no
limits in the slave’s treatment by the Owners. The slave begs the
Owners to remember this and to treat the slave accordingly. While the
slave requests to be treasured as valued property, the slave further
recognizes that the Owners may see him as excrement and that the slave
may be treated like excrement.
(3.2) The slave’s body and
mind are the property of the Owners. The slave recognizes that there
is no independent expression of self beyond the will of its Owners.
The slave requests that the Owners use it as they wish. Specifically
the slave recognizes and requests total control of the slave’s body,
including its genitalia and orifices.
Section 4 – Temporal Limitations
(4.1) For a period of one year, the Owners agree not to permanently
disfigure the slave with piercings, tattoos, scarifications, brandings,
or other actions.
(4.2) For a period of one year, the slave will be marked with an indelible ink by the Owners.
(4.3) After the one-year period, the Owners will have exclusive and
unlimited authority to pierce, brand, tattoo or otherwise modify the
body of the slave.
(4.4) After the one-year period and as soon as feasible, the slave will be permanently marked by the Owners.
(4.5) For the one-year period, the Owners agree not to distribute
photos, images, audio or video of the slave. After the one-year period
the slave agrees to consign all publication rights to the owner.
(4.6) After a period of ten years, the Owners have complete authority
over the body of the slave and are specifically authorized to remove
the teeth, vocal cords, and eyes of the slave, as they see fit. They
are further authorized and requested by the slave to make any other
alterations that they deem appropriate.
Section 5 – Conditions of Slavery
(5.1) The slave will be and remain naked. The slave renounces all rights to clothing, privacy or concealment.
(5.2) The slave will be and remain chained or otherwise restrained.
The slave renounces all rights to freedom of movement. The slave
requests and accepts bondage for the remainder of its life. The slave
further requests a collar be locked on its neck. The slave further
requests that ankle chains be permanently affixed.
(5.3)
Should circumstances require, clothing for the slave will be chosen by
the Owners. The slave has no rights to choice or clothing.
(5.4) The slave requests and will be placed in a chastity device that
controls the erection of its cock. Release will always be at the
discretion of the owners.
(5.5) The slave may be required to use a bucket for bodily elimination. Otherwise, the slave may not use the toilet seat.
(5.6) The slave may be required by the owners to drink its urine and live in its excrement.
(5.7) The slave will be provided with adequate rest and diet. The
Owners have the exclusive right to determine the place, time, manner,
and conditions of the slave’s eating and resting.
(5.8) The
slave is expressly prohibited from eating unless its hands are cuffed
behind it. The slave will never use its hands or utensils to eat.
(5.9) The slave may be required to drink urine from its Owners or others.
(5.10) The slave will be confined to a cage or closet when not in use. The slave will be so confined for any rest period.
(5.11) Hygiene of the slave remains at the discretion of the Owner.
(5.12) The slave understands that all hair will be removed upon signing
of this contract and agrees to maintain its body accordingly.
(5.13) The slave understands that its proper place is on the floor and
agrees to use no furniture unless specifically instructed.
Section 6 – Limitations
(6.1) The Owners will provide appropriate medical and dental care for the slave.
(6.2) The Owners will provide appropriate pharmaceutical care for the slave.
(6.3) The slave is prohibited from taking any other drug, alcohol, or tobacco.
(6.4) The Owners will take appropriate precautions to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and require testing as necessary.
(6.5) The Owners will not prostitute the slave nor allow unreliable people to have sexual access.
(6.6) The slave renounces all rights to sexual gratification, including masturbation.
I understand I will wear a chastity device that will only be unlocked by

Section 7 – Work
(7.1) The slave will work at any task assigned it by the Owners.
(7.2) The slave will accept gratefully instruction and correction.
(7.3) All compensation belongs to the Owners.
(7.4) The slave renounces all civil workplace entitlements.
(7.5) The slave agrees to work diligently.
Section 8 – Punishment, Torture, and Beatings
(8.1) Lacking independent personhood, there can be no limitation on the Owners treatment of the slave.
(8.2) The Owners may enforce rules and corrective actions by corporal punishment.
(8.3) The Owners may beat or torture the slave for their own pleasure.
(8.4) The Owners may lease the slave to others for such treatment.
(8.5) The slave accepts all forms of corporal punishment.
(8.6) The slave requests that the Owners whip it daily according to its performance.
(8.7) The slave accepts that such treatment will not be pleasurable,
may cause severe pain, and cause substantial marks and bruising.
(8.8) The Owners agree to bind and gag the slave for the duration of the punishment.
Section 9 – slave acknowledgements
(9.1) The slave has read this Agreement closely and completely
understands that it is signing a Contract to enter slavery. There are
no other provisions and the slave knows by signing this agreement it is
willingly entering into slavery, fully understanding there is
absolutely NO way out.
(9.2) The slave understands completely
and requests to become Owned property. The slave also understands that
it will be a 24 7 365 LIFETIME slave, to be used and abused, with NO
rights, limits, or any say in anything EVER.
(9.3) The
slave also understands that being a slave is not an easy life as
indicated by this Agreement but instead a very hard life. The slave
also fully understand it will be subjected to very cruel, harsh, and
dehumanizing things by the Owners.
(9.4) The slave
understands, as stated above, that it will endure extreme torture and
extreme beatings, as well as extreme humiliation and degradation
everyday regularly. The slave also understands that the abuse, torture,
beatings, etc will never stop.
(9.5) The slave agrees not to
ask for its freedom. Such a request is grounds for the slave to be
either beaten until unconscious or placed in solitary confinement for a
period of not less than 48 hours.
(9.6) The slave has no further questions or modifications.
Section 10 – Initiation of Agreement
(10.1) Upon tentative agreement between the two parties, they will make
appropriate arrangements and arrange a date for transfer of ownership.
(10.2) The prospective slave will sign the agreement in the presence of
witnesses at his present residence with a video record made of his
reading the contract and the attestations of the witnesses.
(10.3) The slave will be delivered to the Owners without clothing and
wearing simple wrist and ankle chains and a ball gag. Taped to his
chest will be an envelope with this signed agreement and a DVD of its
signing.
(10.4) The Owners will take possession of the slave.
