I am a person that constantly grows.. I've learned not to get set in black & white mode.. Certain things will remain the same, respect, integrity, honesty, happiness, looking for the good in people & life, positive energy.. but what I think I want & need today may be adjusted by tomorrow as I grow, depth is built and I learn more about what makes me/and or my partner tick.
I'm often surprised at how life happens, in the end, things have a way of working out, no regrets.. life is grand, and I am happy..
What I want/need in my partner is someone that is open and honest, that knows how to trust, and be trusted.. Honesty is key.. It's simple..
I am drawn to positive energy, someone at peace with themselves.. I want to continue to be happy in life, and for my partner to enhance that happiness..
~~An ideal relationship for me would be the submission of a peer or equal, where we have a constant undercurrent of D/s, but often interact as partners. This would be the norm, broken by very sharp spikes of hard D/s or S&M, followed by return to 'regular programming'.~~
I read the previous on a friends profile, [KevinS], and just smiled.. it's nicely written and very fitting as to what I want, too.. except Dominance or submission would depend on the energy that flowed within the relationship.. I don't "fit" on either side completely.. Sometimes I wish it were that simple, but then I'm not so simple.. :) |
