No...I don't find it interesting that you've contacted people for a chat and they refused. You stated that you felt you had all they were seeking. Well, perhaps they didn't feel that way. Perhaps they don't have the ability to chat (computer issues etc..)!
Perhaps they would have appreciated a note REQUESTING permission to chat. (ever think of that one?) Perhaps they are busy at the moment and might have time later....I could go on and on.
In summation, you can't expect people to drop what they are doing just because you sent them an unsolicited chat request! Just my humble opinion. (sorry if I hurt any feelings)
