Its a beautiful 3 bedroom home, 600 a month including utilities(lights, water, internet, garbage) hardwood floors, spacious kitchen, high ceilings, bar area, basement and 2 car garage. Big back yard... fenced in on 3 sides. Located in a established and quite neighbor. Only looking for one roommate... can either be male or female. Prefer a male but does not matter at this point. The person must be mature. I work during the day and go to school. This person that considers my offer must be of open mind.... As a rule I will meet you before I show you the house...(probably at the waffle house down the street) (there are some crazies out there) if you r not willing to do this, then you r not the roommate for me... also the pics I posted are of the place before I moved my stuff in... the house is mostly furnished...... you will have to furnish your own bedroom. Rent 600 a month all utilities included.... 500 deposit Pet are on a case by case .... there is a 250 non-refundable pet deposit if you want to bring a pet. this is separate from the regular deposit(could be negotiated)
