PAIN...
There is good pain and there is bad pain
Good pain gets my endorphins flying
It sends me into space
My body and my soul craves it
Bad pain just plain HURTS
Breaking a bone, arthritis, pinched nerves, herniated discs
To name just a few
Pain is good
Hurting is bad
