If I agree to meet you in person, it is because I feel you have potential. If you cancel or do not show, do not expect to get a second chance.  And, I do consider tentitive plans that are blown off as wasting my time. If we have tentitive plans, be aware I have allocated that time to meet you and will keep that time open for you.
