I am not a poser / fake Dom, but I am not a switch either.. and I am definitely not a sub.
I do like to top in S&M, and I do like to be topped - but more in a service top kind of way. I am not into receiving from hardcore sadists that actually get off on someone else's pain, and seeing someone else writhe in pain. I am not at all submissive - if someone tries to order me to do something they will politely be told what they can do with their self (politely only applies to the first time they try it).
So I am definitely not a sub.. don't even try to act like you can dominate me, because it will not happen.
But I'm not experienced enough in D/s that I'll actually call myself a Dom either.
However since the only options are Dom, sub, and switch - I'm not a switch either because of aforementioned not being a sub at all.
I have had Dom-ish thoughts cross my mind like walking a sub (with leash and collar on her), while she's walking her dog. I had that thought before I even saw a meme or heard any other mention of it.
I've had thoughts of taking a handful of hair and pushing someone to their knees to give oral or just to look down at to say something in a low growly voice.
I've had several thoughts... but I would only do things with someone who has consented, someone who has submitted to me.
I am not one of the fake doms / poser doms... I'm sure you know the types I'm talking about. They think just because they call theirself a dom, that anyone of a gender they're interested in automatically wants to submit to them. That's not how things work, and those are some silly ass people thinking everyone wants to submit to them just because they labeled theirself "domn8", "dominate", a dominant, or whatever.
When those fakes/posers talk, it's like this: "I am domly dom hear me roar" - then the next thing heard is *meow*.
I do know not every sub wants to submit to me. I do know there is consent involved in doing anything.
I am in control of myself. My Dominant tendencies do not control me, nor my actions.
I also have a bit of a sadist streak to go with my Dominant streak - and it doesn't control me either. Pain to me, is another sensation for pleasure. It's not all about the pain IMO. I also like to mix in light and sensual sensations with the pain sensations during S&M. However I could accommodate a sub/bottom that doesn't like light&sensual, and just wants pain. |
