Hi there! This is the first one of these that I've ever done sooooo, not sure exactly what to put down. I'm a single mom with two great kids and have been in the lifestyle online for about 5 years. I've been using that time to explore various aspects of the lifestyle from a conceptual standpoint via irc chat but I'm hoping to take the leap to real life very soon. My first step is signing up here in the hopes of finding some friends in the lifestyle who live in my area. :-)

Okay....after the first 24 hours of this (and a rather full inbox) I realized what it is that I failed to mention. I do indeed have an online Master with whom I plan to enjoy this soon to be real life "next step". I really am only looking to make some friends in my area in the hopes of creating a network of people that I can talk to and hang out with that will understand when I ask a question related to BDSM. I got enough of the disgusted looks from my ex when I wanted to explore certain things. LOL And now you know why he's my ex.
Anyway, if you just want to strike up a friendship, regardless if you are in my local area or not, that's great and feel free to drop me a note. If you are a couple or female, then please move on....I'm not lesbian or bi, nor am I interested in being with a couple.
Other things about me that might be of interest are that I enjoy reading, gardening and quilting....that is, when I'm not chasing after my two rugrats. LOL :-)
