Happy New Year, 2023!

Do you ever get discouraged for your search for that special one? That real one? I certainly do. Am I too picky? Do I want too much. I'm extremely successful in my personal life, so I refuse to settle. Settling will do me no good. In fact, it will likely make me weak. Weak in mind. Weak. At some point, I may just decide there is nobody real enough for me out there. What's real? Real is knowing her place, as I know mine. No - that's not a doormat. In fact, I want her to be happy, have a sense of humor - crack a joke and not worry about always getting punished. Be fun, little one. |
