So I am now 1 year into my search, and 6 months since my last journal entry... what have I learned on collarme:
- Local people do exist on here
- Many people are more interested in the activity of chatting on line than talking in person
- A lot of people on here are looking for things that don’t exist
- Many people on here enjoy the fantasy of this lifestyle (and the game of sending messages on line) rather than the reality of actually meeting and fulfilling those fantasies
Harsh words? Maybe... I have talked to some genuine people here, but they are few and far between.
Do I give up... maybe I should... but I know I have a lot to offer as a genuine submissive, and it’s still my intention to prove that. So, an updated profile, and an expansion to other (hopefully better) sites is the answer for now.

So... after just over 6 months on this site... I thought it was time to take stock of where I am with my search. The truth is, while I do believe there are genuine people on here... my experiences have not been great.
In the first few weeks I thought I was going to find someone to serve very quickly... A number of messages between myself and a domme resulted in me paying a 40 pound tribute (to show I am genuine). However, once the amazon voucher had been sent, the domme disappeared from the site, never to be seen again.
This obviously made me more cautious, but many of the domes I have chatted to requiring a tribute, have never stayed on the site for a long period of time.
This experience of course made me cautious, but to the many domes who want me to sign up with webcams.com to serve them (always seem to chat on yahoo first)... I don?t think so!
Although these people claim to be from a specific area, they can never seem to name any local landmarks, which is always puzzling...
Of course, I have chatted to some genuine people, but they were not looking for a submissive.
I have approached a number of people in my search, and always spend time to read their profile. I ensure my first message obviously shows I have read their details, and I have always included a face pic with these messages. You?d be amazed how few people even bother to send a ?no thanks? message back... even people who write on their profiles about peoples lack on manners!
Where does this leave me? Well, my search continues... I am committed to finding someone to serve... I have served before as a submissive, and I know I have a lot to offer. However, is this the right site to fulfil that needs, I don?t know... time to review the profile...
