Here I am and what a journey it's been. They say it's not about the destination but the journey that takes you there that will be remembered the most.
So far, I have to agree. I have been exploring the D/s relationship for about a yr now. Having a 'life' outside of BDSM, I do not live it 24/7. Recently relocated to the West Coast and I am hoping to find a submissive partner to continue the journey with. Introduced to the lifestyle by a woman best described as a 'bottom topper' She proved to be a valuable assett in the knowledge I have obtained. Although oddly enough, with the exception of a single comment, she gave me no direction whatsoever. It was through her silence, that initiative led me to seek out the answers I sought. What were her limits? Why did she refuse to give any insite as to what she expected? Where are the boundaries? Etc etc.. I later discovered that these and so many other things were to be determined as our relationship evolved. I would find her limits...define the boundaries.....chose where we would go with each new experience we gained. And with each new experience we gained a greater trust and tighter bond...(pun inteneded)
