I am a dominant female, living in a kinky household with a switch male. We have some rooms for rent that we would like to rent out to some kinky females. You do not have to play with us, but you need to be open-minded to the fact that we are kinky. We will provide a reasonable, inexpensive rate which includes both rent and utilities (electricity, water, gas, phone, satellite TV, internet, and alarm).  You will also be able to use our playspace/dungeon, if you want. 

Rules:

1. Non-smokers preferred. No smoking indoors. We don’t care if you smoke, but you must go outside to do so.
   
2. No illegal drugs on the premises at all, under any circumstances.
   
3. No dogs. Cats are okay.
   
4. You must be willing to clean up after yourself.

Other than the above rules, we don’t care how you live your life as long as you are respectful towards how we live ours.

You can be a Domme, Switch, sub, or slave.  We don't care.  You can be straight, lesbian, or bi.  We don't care. 

We are conveniently located in Lawrenceville, near 316 and 20, with easy access to I-85 and I-985, and are equally near to Gwinnett Place Mall and Mall of Georgia.
