Dominant, but not domineering Literate, good-looking, and creative. I'm looking for an attractive woman who is both solidly submissive in the bedroom and comfortably feminist everywhere. I'm available for intense sessions now, but would prefer a long-term partner (yes, partner as opposed to slave) who would appreciate a richer process of introduction and cultivation. Sometimes rough, never violent; occasionally vanilla, often creative. Shy and quiet are okay, dull and superficial are not; The heft of your laughter is as important to me as your enthusiasm to be tied up. My ideal woman has established independent intellectual pursuits. Nothing goth; no crazies. Discretion is a must; I'm single, but it's a small world nonetheless. I'll want to see a picture immediately, but will not reciprocate. If I'm interested and you live in the city, we can go out for an innocent drink.

Looking for someone this way is odd. Instead of the normal face-to-face with an introduction when you get to hear the other's voice, look at them, and observe how they interact with the world, only to, in time, as the relationship changes, reveal this inner part of one's self, we are going about it completely backwards. We're revealing something that, for most of us, is something we keep very hidden. One of my favorite profiles says "I'm normal except for this." I guess it doesn't matter if someone wants to come over and get tied up and fucked, but what about wanting to build a relationship? It's like a serenade, but reversed.

Not just on Collarme, but on other sites as well, I always see people put "open-minded" and then specify what races they'll accept. I always want to ask, "did you forget the sentence you just typed?"
