I've heard dominant females stating that of is hard to find a true submissive man.
Surprise?
Even so it is true, many men have fantasies about this, but leave running when they see what it actually will mean.
When they see the consequence of having to act submissive to the female indefinitely.
If that be only indoors at home, or even when lets say: Walking the mall.
So for many the fantasy is for a quick session, and then to walk away returning to the regular male dominated lifestyle..

Last, men are leaders in most cultures. The ones who can shrug that off are even more unusual.

I have to be honest, I really wish and hope this could happen, but also wonder if I could qualify on the points given above.
Recently I met someone and we started to develop nicely, but then she added the behavior of giving me severe tongue lashing - even out of submissive mode.
And each time I got a severe knee jerk reaction against that.
