Hello to all and thanks for visiting my profile.
I'm not generally all that keen on writing these types of things which explains why I'd put it off for so long. But now the time has come! Still, don't expect to get a comprehensive view of me through this, I can be a bit of an enigma and the best way to get to know me is by getting to know me.
I have had some wonderful experiences and I have had some less wonderful ones in the world of bdsm but they've all really highlighted for me that the key element to success, as it is in most non-superficial interpersonal interactions, is communication. I enjoy good conversations and being able to dig deeper and find out what makes a person tick. So good communicators are encouraged to reach out!
Non-bdsm-wise: I'm a wine and beer connoisseur and try to go tasting often. I love fine dining and like most types of cuisines. I enjoy travelling though I haven't done as much lately as I'd like. Hiking and camping are favorite spring/summer/fall activities (aren't we lucky to live where we do?). I love to ski in the winter. I like dancing year round. I have a homebody streak that i indulge with movies and some of the better-produced tv shows (as well as a few guilty pleasures, don't judge!).
In terms of bdsm roles, I am definitely a Dom with no particular switch inclination, though I tend more toward sensuous, playful, moderately rough fun and lots of cuddling, kissing, snuggling up, etc. My interests are broad and if I find someone with whom I have a good connection I'm not generally the sort to insist that xyz individual activity has to be a component of our play or relationship. That said, I can get into bondage (rope, leather restraints, open to other approaches), impact play (spanking, flogging, crops), sensual sensation play, general physical dominance/rough sex (manhandling, tossing around, holding down, biting, choking, slapping if my partner is into it), mild/moderate humiliation (name calling, forced begging, surreptitious public play), receiving service (sexual and otherwise), training (slave positions, service expectations, protocols), etc. I can be stern and demanding or I can be indulgent and loving. Lots of stops along that spectrum speak to wedges of my personality though I prefer a partner whose play personality doesn't center around brattiness. I'm quite open-minded so I'm generally eager to help a partner live out fantasies they might have though I, of course, have my limits.
I'm interested in talking both with experienced and inexperienced subs. I enjoy learning from others so if you're experienced I'm sure there's a lot I can pick up from you.
