Men and women each have an average nature. These average natures are neither good nor bad, like that of a lion or a dog.

Whether we believe it or not, we know this nature. Whether we behave it or not, we know good nutrition and exercise leads to health.

There's also your specific nature. Aligned with the average nature, but maybe offset a bit.

There's also your behavior. This could be aligned, or increasingly, totally misaligned, causing persistent negative feelings.

We achieve harmony within ourselves and within our relationships to the extent we achieve alignment between our natures and our behavior.

Modern feminism and masculinism (MGTOW) corrupt this.
