I'm a one-woman man, and not a big fan of poly relationships. I've tried it, and with only very rare exception, it ends disastrously. I don't understand how people can say they're unhappy, yet never mention it to the one person who needs to hear it most. Some shroud themselves in blissfully ignorant denial and won't even admit it to themselves. Mindreaders don't exist (far as I'm aware) and subtle cues are easy to miss sometimes. A key to ''happiness'' is communication. A sub who feels they can't voice a concern to their dom/domme is just as responsible as a dom who refuses to hear it. Be hard, certainly...but be fair, too...both to yourself and your partner and COMMUNICATE! There is no intimacy with no trust, and you owe your partner that honesty, if nothing else.
