Today I decided to begin to prepare for a vision quest journey. Whats ironic about this is I always made fun of folks telling me about following a dream or having a vision about something. The indians of New Mexico called a journey based on a dream a Vision Quest. The problem is that I do not use any drugs and I do not drink or smoke and yet it was like experienceing a wakeing dream. I intend to walk by the side of the road until my destination is reached. What I do know is that my destination is over one thousand miles away. And I am dreading the moment that I tell my wife of my inpending journey as She is going to go nuts about the subject. And I hope that anyone interested in a conversation that sees me on my journey can drop by to say hi for a minute or two. Well thats the log entry for today.
