A few weeks ago, I started trying to open my chakras  (if you do't know what they are, they are spiritual energy points on your body.)  I was able to open my Earth Chakra, also called the Maladhara,  on the first day.  It is the Chakra of survival.  To open it, I had to meditate for hours.  Understanding and accepting that unepexted things that could bring and end to my survival in everyday life happen.  I am not a paranoid person, but I still have my fears as does everyone else.  Once It was open,  I felt no fear of any kind.  It was a very incredible experience.  

Now I have done things in my life that have made me feel very guilty, and it still burdens me.  The second Chakra is the Water chakra, also called Swadhisthana.  I have not been succefull in opening this one yet because some things I just cant seem to let go, but I hope the day is close for when I can forgive myself for everything I have done.
