So today I'm browsing Yahoo Personals (I know, I know, leave me alone) and I notice a few profiles on there from people on here.  Now, this is not a big deal.  People get around.  Whatever.  What I found interesting and curious was that their demands on their profiles on CM (I'm a DOM, hear me roar) were nowhere to be found on Yahoo. On Yahoo, these same people were talking about walks on the beach, romantic evenings, dinner dates, finding a lady to share their lives with.  Not a peep about subs and slaves and collars and submission and whips and chains and cuffs, oh my! So, I'm curious.  When you get a lady to bite on your oh-so-normal and vanilla Yahoo ad, do you just forget your Dom stuff?  Do you break to her eventually?  Do you spring it on her the first date?  Or do you keep her on the side as your vanilla girl while you troll for subs on CM? I'm not being a smartass.  I'm genuinely curious about how that works for you and how you integrate your CM search with your vanilla one?  Or do you keep them completely separate?  Are you happy either way it winds up - vanilla girl or CM slut as long as it's breathing? I don't get it.  What the heck do you really want?

Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions regarding my co-worker dilemma. I've fallen into the "don't mix business with pleasure" camp about it. While it's true it might be entertaining to have a bit of fun with the situation, which I've certainly done my fair share of in the past, I think I'm done with quirky situations. I'm just going to leave it (and him)alone. Of course, if he reads this journal the gig is up anyway. It's not all that hard to put two and two together and come up with, "Oh crap, some woman in Charleston to whom I sent pictures on CM attends weekly business meetings with me." On the bright side, at least I'm not his mother or sister.

So....I receive an e-mail here the other day from a man who lives here in Charleston. The text is relatively well-written and seemingly sane, so I think, "How nice. Maybe I can make a new friend here." He tells me he's attached some pictures for my perusal and to contact him if I feel interested. I'm curious, and a little afraid, but I scroll down nonetheless. Very, very nice I think. Then I take a good long look and realize he's a professional colleague. In fact, he'll be at a meeting with me the following day. So this is a little awkward, you know? I made it through the meeting alright, but it felt a little weird that I'd seen him nude and he didn't know I'd seen him nude. Or that I know he's a dom when he removes his business suit at night. The question is, should I answer his e-mail and tell him I enjoyed the meeting yesterday?
