About Th3Reverend
Well, My name is Tony. My nickname and the one that most know Me by is The Reverend or Rev. I am a 39 yo self proclaimed geek. I admit a love for Sci Fi and Fantasy and even have pride that I was indeed part of the SCA and have worn tights. Believe Me, it takes a REAL Man to wear those *L*. I am a systems administrator by profession and a full time MMORPG freak. Presently in WoW and Star Wars The Old Republic but have played a bit on Guild Wars and City of Heroes/Villians. You may have seen Me around. I am trying to be a bit more active here and in My friendship lists, but with life, its not always easy. Please feel free to message or poke Me any time here, and I will respond as soon as I can.
I was once active in the lifestyle years ago before I gave up the path to start a family. While in that relationship I stayed as close to the lifestyle as I could with chatting and sharing thoughts and ideas with others that were active in it. Through those times I have met and found some of the deepest and most powerful bonds of friendship and caring that I have ever known. I find it hard to accept those that seem to think that they are omnipotent and believe that their way is the only way in this lifestyle. One of My pet peeves I am sure. I have learned that in a life where we know that prejudice is wrong or frowned upon, it seems that far too many do just that.
I don't mind conversation or questions, and even enjoy a good intelligent debate so I am usually always open to learning and sharing ideas and thoughts. I am by far no Pro or Giant in the lifestyle but I also don't consider Myself a novice. I am pretty much just Me.
These days I am just looking to find My place in the lifestyle again. I am a kind person and a pretty open minded guy given some of the things I have faced in the past. I would like to start making new friends in the area and begin My path in the lifestyle though I know that it will be difficult to pick up right where I left off. I am always open to helpful advice, recommendations, and even big enough to admit that I still can be taught a lesson or two. *Chuckles* Long story short, I am finally returning to this world that I left and hope that it accepts Me back with open arms and a tight hug... well and maybe a few bumps along the way too if I am lucky.
