Hmmm... I guess it is time I took down the 'Under Construction' sign here and actually put up a meaningful profile. To start with, I am male, and dominant. Now that the trivial stuff is out of the way lets get down to a real intro...

I am, by profession a network engineer/project manager for a major networking concern. I guess you could say I am one of those geeks who understand how the internet works... but I promise... no tape on my glasses and no pocket protector... Although I have listed California as my location, I am currently living and working in Europe, and will be there for at least the next 18 to 24 months. When I return to the States I expect I will be coming back to California, but that is not definite.

I have a wide range of interests and hobbies. Some of them are listed over to the side here, but that is really just a sample.

I have been actively involved in wiitwd for the better part of 20 years. I was around when a.s.b was actually a discussion forum and not just a dumping place for internet spam. I had/read some really good discussions on those boards, and learned quite a bit, not only about myself but about bdsm in general. I am hoping to find a similar medium here, and from what I have read so far while lurking, I think that I will.

I have been told that I am a bit unusual for a dominant. For me, bdsm is part and parcel of a relationship, and not something that I am casual about. A dominant is *who* I am, not *what* I am. That is not a judgement on the way others may choose to practice wiitwd, is is simply the little corner of our vast and wonderful world that I live in. As they used to say on asb, ykiok/mkiok.
