A friend inquires what I've concluded at this point on the path:

I wouldn't want to say that I've "concluded" anything - I'm sure there are more revelations somewhere further down the path. But from my present vantage point I see this: Being is One. Me and you, this and that, self and other; these are illusions, deeply held and deeply lived, but in the space beyond them Being is One. Though the mind cannot (or rarely can) apprehend Being in all its dimensions, it is possible to experience this fullness through a combination of practice and grace.
The self-Mind and the self-Body can and often do inhibit this experience but both body and mind can also be joyful companions on the Way if one is able to flip the fear switch off.
