Exercising chief authority or rule: ruling, governing, commanding; most influential.
a very short answer for something a little more complex . dominance is not commanding or governing, anyone can tell someone to do something to dress a certain way to act in a way to please ,thats not dominance.
for me there has to be a connection ,an understanding clearly defined lines and attention on both sides .
what i have found is most people want that bond with someone and its that bond which unlocks the abilty to dominant and submit .
