That knee of mine. Had an MRI.
So arthroscopic surgery scheduled for Jan 9. Torn cartilage.
Otherwise feeling pretty good. But,but but......????
Meanwhile my mentor buddy friend writes me
Letting go of identification especially in times of change and
just being with what is, dying to the illusion of self seems to be
a viable way. We’re not who we were just a moment ago let alone
yesterday or last week. Die to the ways of the ego and be done
with it once and for all! All control is an illusion!!
So so so so.............

My latest thoughts on slavery is that like any relationship it
develops and evolves.
Bdsm is the driving force.
There has to be a basic 'connection' between Owner and slave.
An on going symbiosis.
Like everything in life you can't pre define a course.
