In order to have faith, you must believe that one of two things will happen:
~You will be given a soft place to land
~You will be taught how to fly.
I can be overly opinionated, not to mention stubborn. If I believe in something strongly enough, I will fight for it, no questions asked. I hate it when people I love get hurt, and I've been known to fight for them even more strongly than I will fight for my beliefs. I may well go to the seminary and become a pastor.
All of these things are very true, and are a part of me. It's also true that when I first began to read about the lifestyle, I had rarely heard something that seemed to fit me so well..my desires, my wants, my needs. Taking care of people..helping people has always given me joy. Honestly, I'm sure I don't know nearly enough about the lifestyle yet. I am sure that I want to learn more..and that's what brings me here, talking to you. I'd love to meet some new people, and possibly get involved with someone. Most of all, though, I want to learn, and I want to grow.

There's something that I realized that I haven't been overly clear about. For me..God will always come first, no matter what. No matter who is in my life, God is the ONLY one who will have my complete submission. So, yes, that means if I had to choose between a dom/me and Him, I would choose Him every time. No questions asked.
On that note, I won't capitalized "he" or "him" in reference to any dom. That is something I reserve only for my God. Sorry if that makes anyone uncomfortable..then, if it does, you're probably talking to the wrong person.
PS. When I have a job as a pastor, I want one of the bumper stickers that says "My Boss is a Jewish carpenter" : ) |

Write SOMETHING in your profile. Please. Or, if you really have some kind of an objection to that, say more than three words when you send me a message. I'm not going to respond to people who can't make at least a small effort..it shows no respect for yourself and even less for me. Not my idea of someone I'd like to have in my life. |
