About Tanguerox
I first "got it" about my Dominant nature a few years ago. At that point, I was recently divorced (after 16 years) and dating an exciting woman with a deeply submissive personality. Although she was my first D/s experience, looking back I realize that all of my relationships have been with women who responded to that quality in me. I just didn't see it yet.
Here's what I see now (in no particular order)....
1. I'm entirely at ease with being in charge, both in and out of the bedroom.
2. This not a "game", nor something I turn on and off. It's just me.
3. I don't need to "abuse" power to prove that I have it by concocting complex rules & rituals just to produce opportunities for punishment.
4. There is absolutely nothing contradictory about being Dominant & Romantic.
5. I'm most attracted to strong, capable, feminine women who feel that it's entirely consistent for them to want to "submit" to a trustworthy, masculine man. |
